Happy to oblige! Had a brilliant day cause my car is back! My friend picked me up this morning from the garage and another gave me a lift home. I am so lucky to work with such nice people! I am going to take them in cakes tomorrow! (obv weight watcher one...my way or the high way!)
A.C phoned this morning and said I would now be looking at min of £600 cause of a lot of rewiring! I felt so happy to know my wee man was doing it all (including elec) for £200!! Also A.C were taking "ooh hard to say, good few days" to fix it, mine had it done by the time I finished school!! Always heard of these people who have a good mechanic that they always take their car too and now I have one too!! wooo!! Diet alright too
Breakie - oats so simple -3 points
Lunch - mince and pot - 3 points
chicken noodle soup - 2 points
yoghurt - 1 point
Dinner - leek and potato soup - 2 points
- Chicken and broc pie - 5.5 points
- veg - 0 points

Total - 16.5 points!
Am stuffed! lol! so much food for such little points!! Still have 6.5 left!! Gotta love discovery!!

Hellllllooo! My wee car is running like a little dream! Will never take it for granted again! lol! I had a lovely day in school and decided to go for a new job, been at that school for 4 years so will be scary to leave! Needs must tho!! lol!
Went to a Tai Chi class tonight, arrived all done up to find a class of Brownies running about! We had got the time wrong, website not been updated or something, so sat there for half an hour until tai chi started....then a steady stream of over 90's started to come in....there was a rather distinct smell too....even the instructor was a pensioner! Apparently it was for the elders of the local church!! Decided that I am getting a sign not to bother with exercise clubs!! lol! we quickly left and said our apologies! Mortified!! looked like a right bunch of fandans!
Diet has been ok,
Oats so simple - 3points
Spicy beef pasta 7.5 points
salad - 0 points
Chicken and broc pie - 5.5 points
Veg - 0 points
caramel wafer - 1.5 points
total 17.5 points

All good! Ate too much veg again, just flew in from the windy city! :s must learn my lesson!

Hi Lovely, glad to hear you have your car back and that your wee mechanic had it sorted in no time for a good price. These big garages are a right rip-off. We have a local mechanic and it is a godsend for those niggly wee jobs.

Laughed at your tai-chi exploits. I think you need to get the message loud and clear - no more classes at church halls or wherever you are hanging out.

Your food plans for the last couple of days have sounded lovely - might replicate them. Where is the chicken and broccoli pie from?

mmm, yes perhaps stop hanging round the old church halls...but they are the place to be! Those elders wont push me out!!
Well, now this chicken and broccoli pie is AMAZING!! Sooo tasty!! Morrisons one is the worst, however only 79p just now (half price) it is 5.5 points, the Tesco one is very nice, almost the best, it too is 5.5 points, HOWEVER the one with the biggest bits of chicken and general niceness is the sainsburys one PLUS its only 5 points!! A good wee half point you've saved there! (teacher..know my maths )

Its at Mearns Primary School on the south side, prob wont get it, but worth a go! I am only long term supply so they could get rid anytime and council arent handing out jobs just now so have to try for every perm job that comes up! Will be a pain travelling, close to silverburn tho!

no no, i am dead friendly with the head teacher so will always have my job at KPS, however if I get this then I will be perm! Just now I have to wait over the summer holidays to be asked back and could get told I am not required at any moment! (although doubt it would happen!)
