If you have meat on a green day it has to be synned but as anyone who reads my diary will tell you I'm a creature of habit and don't change things up too often and tend to stick to what I know is free lol!

well they are called spaghetti loops (cheap copy lol) was guna save them for the weekend but they are calling my name in the cupboard :D
 
Jenna if you have meat on a green day you can have it as a HexB it doesn't have to be synned unless you go over the amount allowed x

Friday
In SUCH a good mood today as my wee mummy went and queued and got us FRONT ROW centre tickets for Carrie Underwood. I honestly can't describe how much I <3 Carrie.

Breakfast
Shreddies, banana and milk (A and B)

Lunch
2 apples and a muller light.

Snacks
Carrot sticks
2 syns on advent calendar choc.

Dinner
Pasta bake (pasta 70g, passata, chilli, peppers, onion, mushroom, sweetcorn, cheese-A2, quorn burger-0.5syns and mushrooms)



Total Syns: 2.5
 
Saturday-green

I hate Saturdays simply because they're the day before weigh in therefore I feel guilty about inhaling too much oxygen never mind food haha!

Breakfast
Shreddies, banana and milk (a1 and b1)

Lunch
Apple, banana, grapes, pineapple and a muller

Dinner
2 x Linda McCartney red onion sausages (first time I'm trying them). 2 x wholemeal bread (b2) and spag hoops.

Good luck! I didn't q master the baked bean lasagne but am obsessed with tomato pasta bake at the mo :)

realised i had no peppers and not leaving the house (i refuse) until work so maybe tomo ill make it...

Verdict on the sausages...they would be better not in a butty. They tasted funny with the bread but I had half of one without the bread and it was yum. So shall save my 2 synned ones for butties and these new badboys can be part of different meals (I say that like I eat a wide variety of foods ahahah)

Eeek hopefully that's my food intake for today done. 2 syns and have to add sweetcorn in to my dinner aswell. I hate pre weigh in nerves.

Well weighed in an hour or so earlier than usual as I've been up from 3.30...I couldn't wait any longer. The scales showed 8st 8.75 but I don't count quarter pounds so it's 8st 9 for me...making a loss of 1.5lbs. I would bet that I won't be able to make my target before next weekend but I'm happy to try and get as close as I can.

Already had my breakfast and advent choc but can safely say I'll be going back to sleep soon lol!
