That would not be a good look lol! Wish I could wear a dress like that, but you have 20 years on me! Have you got a special occasion you're wearing it to?

Am a bit confused why you're feeling guilty about having your toast as a snack!
You can have your healthy extras whenever you want, they don't have to be part of a meal.

And I amalso confused as to why have just seen a post from you that you have eaten too much despite being on plan/within syns 1 because thats not sounding v.sw and 2 because you have only eaten....

Oh I know I'm completely ridiculous but I've always been like that...my staple diet when I was younger was a breast of chicken and chips for dinner, a white bap with tomato ketchup for lunch and 2weetabix for breakfast...every single day it was the same! At least I've left the crappy diet behind but I am still v repetitive haha! I wonder can you guess what I've just had for brekky? Haha

The only thing I would say is if your losses really slow down ,which can happen the closer we get to our targets, is maybe mix up your meals a bit......why not have fruit & yoghurt for breakfast, a sandwich/salad for lunch & something different for dinner.....baked beans are super speed foods.....just a suggestion!
