I was on track until Thursday but been off plan since then and haven't been near the scales so tbh I have no idea! Just trying to hang in there around the 10.5 mark til after Christmas! Here's hoping!x

It's a race to the finish line Kim though I've a feeling you may get there first given your non alcoholic tendencies that I seem to have in abundance haha!
Today's plan-Green.

I always crack up on a Monday when I weigh heavier than weigh in but it's really no wonder as I eat considerably more on a Sunday than I do on a Saturday.

Breakfast
Banana, shreddies and milk (A1 and B1)

Lunch
2 x vegetarian sausages, 2 slices of wholemeal toast (B2) and spaghetti hoops. 4 syns.

Dinner
Tomato pasta bake. A2 of cheese.

Snacks
Advent choc-2 syns.
Grapes
2 x choc biscuits-8syns.
muller and apple

Total syns: 14
Will be aiming for low syn days this week and as usual have over eaten today but at least I'm within syns

Nope I don't mind one little bit though you didn't pick my finest moment to read up on my food after my behaviour yesterday. Completely disgusting and am deservedly showing 8st11 today. Boke. Need to get it back to 8st9 by sat.

Today's plan is to do major damage limitation

Breakfast
The usual so that's a and b 1 sorted.

Lunch
2 apples and carrot sticks


Dinner
If I can manage to not give in to temptation I'm going to try and leave it out. Should be ok if I go to bed early enough but in saying that knowing me ill end up in the biccys.

Also not having my wee advent Chocs for the next few days...bah humbug!
 
Seriously? If you starve and deprive yourself you are surely more likely to end up in the biccies and whatever else!
You don't deserve a gain (and I doubt very much its a true gain anyway as I don't think you ate 7000 calories!)you don't deserve not to eat today. Draw a line and get back on plan today your diary doesn't resemble sw at all to me. One of the great things about sw is you can eat lots of healthy foods and lose weight and not have to starve which is not what I see happening here. :(
Sorry if I am on your case but I think its a shame to see you being so hard on yourself!

Without being funny Jenna this days food is crazy!!! It's nowhere near enough, and in my opinion bordering on eating disorder. So you have a few too many BICCYS, so what!? Tell me one skinny person that hasn't done that before, and did they become fat over night?? Definitely not!!

You are doing great, just stick with it Hun, biscuits will not put 2lbd on you over night. If I were you I would have a few low syn days for sure, but I can't see the point in skipping free and superfree foods too. You are seriously depriving yourself, and that is NOT what this plan is about! Look how well you've done so far, 2lbs will come off before your be t weigh in if you have tea tonight as well!

I hope you don't think I am out of order, and if you do then in really sorry, love. But your most recent post was a bit worrying if I am totally honest! Take care xxxx

Tuttut Jenna.....not a good idea to not eat is it just coz you ate some biccies! You are more likely to gain weight by not eating, than eating healthily!!!
 
As I'm new I can't offer you advice but I would say don't be so hard on yourself. If you look at your before and after photos you have come so far and I really hope i do as well as you have. You look amazing and are tiny now! You should be proud
 
Right ladies have given myself a stern talking to and retrieved my dummy from where I've thrown it. Have been on track from Monday. Will begin updating again from tomorrow...though you could probably write it yourselves lol! Thanks for the support and honestly just ignore my childlike behaviour when I go off plan as I only have myself to blame.
