I was out with Jon and his mates last night and they telling me how I'm going out with an animal killer, LOL.
Sadly I can't remember the story behind it, hahaha.

I had my very first cigarette last night too :eek: lol.
Jon was telling me it was bad for me and I was like, 'but it's -1 point' LOL.
Least, that was what my brother told me, hahaha.

Haha, drunk Jenni! I smoked once and neeeever again. Disgusting, I don't know how/why people get over that bit and start to enjoy it :p
 
Well they don't, do they? They're just addicted, I think.

It's more like 'having a fag means I'm not unhappy', rather than 'having a fag makes me happy'.
That's how I see it, anyway.

Having said that, it's just choosing your boredom reliever - mine is food, my brother's is fags.
I was obese, he is going to die early.

Take your pick, yknow?
At least obesity is reversible, but he can't undo the fact he's already got slight emphysema.

Woo, morbid post. Lol.
I just reminded myself why I don't smoke, haha.

*drumroll*

Lost 1lb! Back to where I was 3 weeks ago :p

Woot. I can't believe it as I didn't point all week! I did point at the weekend but I was slightly over my maintenance points so I'm chuffed to have lost 1lb :) Back to pointing properly today as I don't want to look at the scales and cry after xmas.

Howeeeever, I just realised my ticker was wrong, I must have messed up when I gained and didn't change it. I don't usually convert my weight into lbs each time I just take it off whatever the ticker says, so not sure how long it's been wrong :p So, still at 13.5 lost. 0.5lb more and I'll have lost a stone, 1.5lb more and I'll have reached my 2nd goal. Which will mean it's taken me over 2 months to lose half a stone :p Must try much harder in the new year.
 
well done Jess :) you're doing really well whether you've hit the targets you set or not - you could still be in the 12s if you hadnt decided to make a change and do WW! xxx

It hurts. Owowowow it huuuurts. I'm so glad I only have 2 days left (with only one being physical work, the other being office/pub :p). I've enjoyed my time but I can't do it anymore! Even when I don't hurt I can't enjoy it properly because I know it's going to hurt. My arms are so heavy and I can't face tomorrow :( 3 days in a row is too much.
