Good start so far! Tipped away the last of the alcohol and threw away naughty foods that remained (not much!).

I'm trying to do kickstart 'til Monday. So far I've had:
Warm water with lemon (0)
Ham & tomato omlette (7)

I'm having a spaghetti bolognese (6) for dinner leaving me with 5 points. I don't really have much food in the house though and Tesco is closed so don't know what I'll be using them for!

Hiya Jess, hope you're having a fab day. Good luck with kickstart, started that myself last Friday so hopefully on Monday we'll havde a good loss.

I was still 11.11.5 New Years Day morning so everything I lose counts as a loss, if you get what I mean.

I never did manage to do stick to 18 points yesterday, just my normal 21. It might have been ok but the mince was off and had to had pasta bake instead of spag bol which was double the points. Lost a lb this morning though :) I guess 21 points is starvation compared to what I've been eating. So on track for a loss already, whoop whoop. I'm going to try for 18 points today, but after not pointing for a month it's like starting again. Especially after eating so much recently I'm too hungry! When I get into the 9s I will be on 19 points, euuurgh. Hopefully by then I will have enough money to join the gym so can eat some AP points!
 
Hope it is going well for you today. So far so good for me today. Have left a fair few points for tonight just incase.

Again, didn't do 18 but did 21. Giving up on any fantasy of actually doing kickstart. Better give up the fantasy of no junk food too :eek: I'd eaten my points except what I'd saved for dinner but I'd bought fresh noodles instead of dried and they were about double the points! I nearly ended up going 2 points over, but it was such a big bowl of stirfry I just offed a load into Mr Jess's bowl.

Also, I bought the 2009 EOG of eBay! Woot, now I won't eat a meal for 23 points thinking it's 10. Hope it arrives soon.

Breakfast: None, woke up past 12 :eek:
Lunch: Southern fried chicken wrap (6.5)
Dinner: Stirfry (7)
Snacks: Walkers lites (2), Flake (3.5), Mini pack of Malteasers (2)

21 :)

Still finding it hard. I just want to scoff. Fighting it and soldiering on though.
 
Well you're doing better than me :p congrats :D

I'm fighting the urge for chocolate pretty well, but when it comes to everything else I'm a bit useless :rolleyes:

Thanks guys :) I really appreciate the support.

I lost another 1.5lb since yesterday! I was actually less when I went to bed than in the morning which is a first for me. I know it's going to slow down soon, but I'm loving it at the moment :D That's 2.5lb in 2 days!

Going to treat myself today with a subway and pizza express pizza. Within points of course :) No wonder I always run out of money!
