Jess's Diary - Weighed in a day early..

Just a quicky on my iPhone. Will pop round diaries later when waiting for my lift and when I get home the Internet should be back on, yay.

Lost 3lb this week :) total of 5.5 for me and 8 for Adam.

had to come home today as I had to go to a meeting at work which was hilarious fancy me going for a NVQ at my age, also had internet withdrawal symptoms

I got cook smart family food weight watchers cook book in tesco for a fiver so I shall have fun trying out some of the recipes
I have a spicy cauliflower soup going round in the soup machine at the minute yum

Thanks everyone :) You can have your cheesecake and eat it! This week I also had (pointed) half a large fish and chips for dinner Saturday and a kebab for lunch Thursday.. possibly a subway for lunch one day as well. I really need to stop buying takeaway lunches, it's too expensive! I loooove WW.

Last Monday I didn't really point and had a mars bar and walkers crisps. I'm trying out having Mondays off until it either stops my losses or I join the gym (whichever comes first). It doesn't seem to have done any harm seeing as I lost more this week than last! Tonight we're off to GBK and I'm considering having a milkshake, but I already had a galaxy caramel and sausage roll today so I'll see how I feel after my meal! I think I'm going to have the chicken, cranberry and camembert burger as it's one of the lower pointed burgers and I don't want to go OTT with my treat day.

Less than 2 weeks 'til I join the gym! Best make an appointment. I can't wait to have APs to eat, om nom nom.

I really enjoyed my burger last night! Chicken, cranberry and camembert. Only 11.5 points so doesn't need to be reserved to treat day (apart from the cost!). I did have my milkshake after all and it was gorgeous, though I did feel too full and a bit sick afterwards. It made me realise though that I can probably still have milkshake. You get a good two scoops of low fat vanilla icecream for 1 point which tastes fine and is enough for a milkshake.. bit of purple milk and the syrup probably wouldn't be excessive as you only need a bit and it's got no fat. Voila! I love these little realisations that you can still have the things you love.

Points today
Breakfast: Banana (1.5)
Lunch: Southern fried chicken wrap from Tesco (7.5), skips (1.5)
Dinner: WW pie (5.5), carrots (0), gravy (1)

That leaves 4 points.. I'm not sure how much mash I want yet.
 
that burger sounds delish Jess, you know the main thing I miss most is melted Camembert with garlic bread for dipping but I think i'd need a point allowance of 50 for indulging in that

I dunno! Cafe rouge does a starter to share of a box of camembert with bread and that's only 11 points. Perhaps look at the points when you're next at the supermarché :) Might be ok for a treat to spend your points on

I don't think it would have worked for me in the past either as I always had trouble getting back into pointing once I'd gone off course. I think I might actually do it this time!

Only one more treat Monday though as it's a bit risky and then I'm joining the gym! I don't think my weight loss will keep up at this rate eating whatever I fancy on Monday, I'll just use my APs and do it the right way :)

Pie was actually 6.5 leaving me with 3. I made 7 points of mash but had way less than half but don't really know how much so I'll call it 3. If there are any points left it can take a bit off yesterday :p
