Hello ladies Sorry for being quiet over the weekend. I tried to post on saturday when I was on a train but it obv didn't post.

I had a lovely weekend a bit off plan but not too bad!

James' mum stayed Friday night, then I spent the day in York with my mum ❤, went for a Nandos with James Bro and sis in law, and went to a continental market with James yesterday ☺

I weighed in Sat morning as realised ill be doing that for a few weeks and woop 9.12 si back to how I was before my naughty two weeks! Would be pleased with a lb off this week although will aim for 2!

Bootcamp starts again tonight so that's going to be tough. PT text last night saying she hopes we like tyres .... oh dear it's going to be tough ....

Eats for today:
B: Protein pancakes (5) peanut butter (3) Banana
L: Chicken, brown rice and peas
S: Satsuma, .5 HExB almonds
Post bootcamp protein shake HExA and 5
D: Steak .5 HExB oil and vegetables

Hope bootcamp wasn't too tough on you. Mmm steak, I haven't had that in a while, may have to put some on the shopping list for next week.

Happy Tuesday lovelies

Just on my way to work after taking my car in for her MOT. Would be a miracle if she passed, she won't, but hope it's not too expensive (Although James has given me his credit card bless his heart)

Yesterday's food was all good but I did have 10 syns of dark choc rice cakes :/ (TOTM excuse here) bringing yesterday syns to 23. But I'm sure I can pull it back.

Bootcamp was tough but I loved it ☺ flipping tires, burpees, planks, tricep dips, press ups, roll out core thing, jumping over tires, skipping, ski squats, sumo squats, get ups, bear crawls, lunges, ladder jumps and much more I can really feel it today. Roll on Thursday!

Eats for today:
B - Bacon and egg cups with baby spinach, Banana
L - Chorizo and chickpea tomato dish with brown rice (5 syns for chorizo max)
S - 10 almonds .5 HExB; satsuma
D - Homemade chilli (some syns in the mince) with cauliflower rice
S - no naughties in at all so got some melon for dessert

Night off from the gym so gong to do some house work and have a chilled evening with my man

I've had it before too. It cleared up after a few days :/ can you see this? I could see it on computer at work

MOT failed but I've paid for stuff doing and now it's passed :) xxxx

It's a nightmare in NI, it can only go to a certain number of DVA centres for MOT and as a result, the spaces are so few as they book up so quickly! If it fails, you then have to take it to a mechanic to get everything fixed and then book and pay for another test and go through the process again. The entire thing is very expensive and time consuming!!! Makes me miss England :(

I'm here now a little early for an appointment at 8.25am. The only space I could get was in a centre 30 miles away too - grr!

It's my cars first MOT though so should hopefully pass!x

Aw fingers crossed it passes. Will you have to wait around and see? I'm pretty sure that it will with it being it's first!

Thought I would post from my computer this morning to see if people can see this? Let me know please :)

Last night was 100% off plan. I went and got me and James a KFC as it was next door to the MOT garage. But I'm glad that I did because he told me how he has just been promoted! so celebratory KFC! When I get paid I'm going to take him out for something special :) I am so so proud of him.

Got major DOMS from bootcamp Monday - good to know I have worked out that hard though! James and I are running tonight - going to try and do 6k, if not more, as still struggling to get past 5 and the race is next Sunday :/

Eats for today:
B - Didn't eat it yesterday so 2 bacon and egg cups with baby spinach; Banana
L - Homemade chilli with veggies .25 HExB (5)
S - Almonds .5 HExB and Satsuma
Post-run protein shake HExA and 5
D - Going to James' mum's and she is doing a chicken soup (5) then parkin and custard for dessert :/

So a bit off plan but can't do much about it ... shouldn't have had the KFC but I enjoyed it so I'm not going to fret too much - just might have a maintain/small gain which I can easily get off again :)
