Congratulations to James on his promotion! I think KFC is just one of those things you sometimes need to eat; there's a reason South Park refer to it as medicinal fried chicken. You're doing so well with all the running and bootcamp, I'm sure you'll have any gain off in no time.
 
Sorry ladies I've been so busy. Food has been okay .... I think this weekend will be naughty but I'm going to be 100% on it next week as got our 10k run so need the best nutrition that I can get!

Had good news yest though - we have a wellness centre at work and on an annual basis they give you an all over health check if you want it. Positive results all round!

Body fat % down from 34. something to 27.9%!
Lean muscle % increased!
Cms off waist and hips decrease in overall cholesterol but increase in good cholesterol!
Better lung capacity better aerobic function and better stamina! Happy times :)

Babysitting the nephew tonight and tomorrow morning then hopefully get a run in tomorrow afternoon before a night of drinking in a brewery

Sorry I haven't been posting much .... I have had a bit of an off plan week and definitely an off plan weekend. I am also rather stressed with big imposing deadlines at work. However we have our run this Sunday so this week has to be good nutritionally!

Eats for today:

B - Banana, 2 Satsuma, 1/4 Honeydew melon
L - Chicken, brown rice, peas
S - Almonds
BOOTCAMP (really looking forward to this) and post-bootcamp protein shake - going to try some coconut milk with it!
D - Salmon with veggies

I'm off Thursday Friday so hopefully that will help me de-stress! So will getting lots of work done! xxxx

Good morning lovelies :)

Yesterday was a very productive day at work and even though it's manic I am feeling a tiny bit better about the deadline. Didn't move pretty much yesterday and today is going to be just as intense.

Yesterday was bang on plan! Protein shake (5) and 4 heroes (10) :)

Bootcamp was really tough as each exercise was repeated 4 times and there were 10 exercises so a proper 40 minutes of full of physical pain ;) hehe loved it though!

Eats for today:
B - Banana, 2 boiled eggs, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms
L - Chicken, brown rice and carrots
S - Almonds and satsumas
D - Tikka chicken with veggies

There is also going to be a run - either outside of treadmill depending on the weather!

Thanks chick :) and it is a very dimmed light but it is there!

Sunday! And not feeling great in the sense that I can't run that distance yet but okay in that I know I will finish it even if I have to walk some of it!

1 hour 15 mins :) muddy and a bit hilly but I didn't stop or even walk just kept going xxxx
