Good morning lovelies :)

Feeling urgh atm as mother nature decided to greet me this morning :/ all i want to do is curl up and relax ... But i can't so i need to man up....hopefully food will help so that i can take some tablets soon.

Anyway, eats for today:
Breakfast - same as yesterday! 2 boiled eggs with asparagus cooked in clarified butter and prosciutto (pip you were right about the prosciutto! Im going to finish this pack then try and find some compliant)
Lunch - same as yesterday 'deconstructed pizza' served with green beans, sugar snap peas and olives, with bloobs
Dinner - Not 100% sure but something done with turkey and veg

Roll on 5pm xxxx
 
Ahh stupid Mother Nature! I hope you don't feel too bad or have any unwanted cravings!
Food looks delicious jess! I guess planning really is the key! How is james finding it?!

Thanks honey - a little for chocolate but more for milk :/

James is finding it harder as he is hungry bless him, so I'm going to up his protein xxxx

Morning lovelies :)

Yesterday was a success food wise although James was really hungry so don't think he is eating enough - I think I am, just though so will look at that

Eats for day 3! (is it day 30 yet?! haha)

B - 2 slices of frittata: eggs, turkey (P) onion, red pepper, mushrooms (V) seasoned with paprika cumin salt and pepper, cooked in coconut oil (F) with blueberries
L - Sweet potato, tomatoes and cucumber (V) turkey (P) olives (F)
D - 'Taste of greece': lamb mince (P) cooked with onion and garlic (V) and mint, served with roasted peppers (V) cooked in coconut oil (F) with watermelon

I've also got an avocado with me just in case, to have with my lunch, but hopefully won't need it

Mmmm 'taste of Greece' sounds amazing! It's definitely yummy food you've got going on, Jess.

Shame James is feeling hungry. I guess it's quite a shock to the system, especially just after Christmas indulgence!

It looks like there's plenty of food there, could he maybe need more fat to fill him as well as the protein too? Are you allowed nuts/seeds? Boiled eggs are great? Also lots of water and herbal teas maybe?

I'm trying lots of water and green tea today to try and flush my system out!

Are you taking photos of all your meals like day 1? Can't wait to see them!! x
