Bootcamp was GREAT it was a tough one where we were using the same muscle group for 12 minutes so we did: set 1 core (dish, plank, walk outs and bicycle crunch) x3; set 2 legs (sumo squat, deep squats with kettlebell, walking lunges with twist and kettlebell, burpees) x3; set 3 arms (Tricep dip, weird shoulder lift thing lol, quick punches, press ups) x3. The warm up was quite intense too. The legs went really well and my pt said she wants to get me on a squat rack now I also usually hate lunges but the twists were an advanced move and she got me doing them. She also said I did the best Tricep dips. Then she text me after saying she had really been watching me and that my form was spot on for most of the exercises and that my core strength had increased ten fold. So the fettle I had on Monday has totally gone and I just want to keep pushing and get better.
Eats for today: completely tbc as I was so tired so just going to find something in town.
Getting my eyes tested today as I'm definitely short sighted! Actually be nice not struggling to read things afar
Anyone got any nice weekend plans? We are going to my auntie and uncle's, James gets on so well with them, and bless them they are cooking compliant Fri night sat lunch day night and breakfasts. Really appreciate it so going to take some flowers
