JessyG's food diary - positive and determined to shift the bulge

Thanks lovelies - the whole 30 doesn't finish until Wednesday so just today and tomorrow left but there is a reintroduction plan which we are going to follow within reason. We are introducing wheat first - so on Wednesday we will have a bagel for brekkie, a pulled pork sandwich for lunch, and burgers for tea! Might even have a beer ;) Feels so so naughty haha. Then you eat clean again for two days and see how the wheat has made you feel. I think we might eat out Friday night (Wagamamas so not too bad). Then we are out for a friend's birthday on Saturday and so are reintroducing dairy then. So will have dairy with every meal (and wheat with dinner) and see how that goes. do that for 2 more food groups (grains and legumes) and then evaluate.

I think we will be going back to clean eating but with the odd treat :)

I've taken measurements so will measure tomorrow night and see the results :) my size 10 jeans are baggy but need to keep them for Thursday as I think I might bloat after wheat!

Wow Jessy im smiling ear to ear! You've flipping well done it!! :) and baggy size 10s...now I'm jealous!! :) very interested to hear how the next week goes...and hope you don't get too merry too quickly at the weekend after a dry jan!! Xxx

Wow! That's amazing!!!! I can barely get in my 10s at the moment haha. You'll be in a size 8 wedding dress without doubt :)

So do you have to have the foods you're reintroducing with every meal for that day?

Are you going to combine SW with the clean eating again? xxx

Yeah with every meal as I think it means if it will effect you that volume definitely would? It's only for one day though so going to count calories to check it's not a binge day haha.

Just clean eating from Now on :) it's definitely going to be my lifestyle and I think it's liveable. Treats when we want them (without being silly) and lots of yummy but healthy food :) when we have children I don't want them to eat crap (all the time) so we both want to lead from example.

Haha we are going for a beer on Wednesday as otherwise I'll be hammered after just a few (might be anyway lol). James is coming out too so i need to behave as he worries a bit xxxx.

Haha he hates it when I get drunk and then Ill hence the worry. Tbf as I'm going home after he would have to look after me either way lol. Going to be fairly sensible so i actually enjoy it though :) xxxx

That's a much more sensible approach! I think I'll have to remember it for sat when I'm out withe the robster! :) xx

Morning ladies :) bootcamp last night was tough - PT had a pack of cards and each suite was either burpees, press-ups, lunges or squat jumps and we had to do the amount on the card! Jokers were also 25 of something evil like body weight get ups! It was so hard but good fun.

Training WITH her and a friend of ours tonight so that will be different rather than having PT with her. She's getting me on a squat rack so it's going to be really tough :/ looking forward to it though.

Eats for today:
B - banana and nuts (might go buy some melon or eggs too)
L - Leftover tomato and basil dish with sweet potato
PG - small tin of tuna
D - pulled pork with salad and sweet potato wedges

Thank you for the advice re snacking too, it really made sense and I've decide to follow your advice and go snack less during the week xxx
 
Hahaha! My bootcamp instructor does the pack of cards session too! The worst is when you get 3 it 4 of the same suit after each other. Tooooooo many burpees!!!

Am I the only one with a boyfriend who encourages drunker behaviour?? Dan thinks it hilarious when I'm drunk. Especially as he doesn't suffer like I do the next day. Naughty boy! xx

Ian normally doesnt drink a lot so I tend to go out with the girls and come home drunk - bless him he looks after me on the night and makes sure that we get home and I'm tucked up in bed with a pint of water, but then the next day he normally stands there and laughs while I nurse my poorly head. I'm not normally bad if I stick to spirits and mixers, it's wine and cider that does for me :sign0137:
