Oooohhh glad you enjoyed 50 Shades! Was it all very explicit like the book though? It makes me all embarrassed haha. Maybe I should get the girls together and go and watch it xxx
 
Hello lovelies I'm here I've been skimming through diaries but I've not been posting for two reasons: time and I can't get my head in the game. I found out on Tuesday that the fitness competition I was doing in November isn't happening this year but only May (too soon). But because I'm getting married next June I don't really want to enter the May one next year (yeah I would be in good form and my friends would be doing it but I really don't want the stress, and I want energy so that I can enjoy the lead up to my wedding day, Plus I want to stay the same size nearer the time due to dress fittings!) so I've got to wait until next November. There are positives to this such as after the wedding I'll have a good reason to stay in shape, and also I night be more in a place then to actually to be a true competitor rather than just a participant?

Anyway I'll be honest it's got me off my game a bit BUT that's silly because I have summer quickly approaching and I have wedding dresses calling my name. I am happy at 9.7 but I want to cut body fat more so will go back to eating clean and exercising lots (Tbf I am still exercising) as of Monday!

I'm not too badly off track but there is no real need for a biscuit every day, scones with butter and jam, and three ricecakes with lashes of nutella!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about the competition. Is there no way you can be ready for the one in May? If not it does sound like there is silver lining of waiting until next year for all the reasons you said.

Have you found that having a few naughties has made you have a gain or have you managed to maintain so far?

It's nice to see you bank Jessy :) I hope come Monday you've got your head back in the game and are firing on all cylinders xxx

Nope I won't be ready and would have to do it on my own as no-one else is ready either!

Since finishing whole30 I have gained three lbs but there has been a lot of booze, nights out, naughty food so not too bad really. It is getting shifted next week though!

It is nice to be back - I am feeling more motivated already :) xxxx

That's a bummer about the comp but I defo think that having something to keep you motivated for after the wedding is also a really good idea!
Those 3lbs will be off super sharp...and it seems we're all doing some form of clean eats at the mo so still providing fabulous support! :)

You know what - I love you guys. All week I've been slightly unbothered but your support, and feeling crap from too much sugar, has made me determined to get back on it! I'm going to enjoy this weekend and get it out my system and then get back on it truly on Monday. I want to start trying wedding dresses on in May and 10 weeks until May with 10lbs until I'm 9stone. I don't necessarily need to be this weight but I do want to be toned so I'm hoping a ten week countdown will keep me motivated exercise wise too :)

Hello lovelies

Had a lovely weekend in Newcastle :) the beach and shopping with my boy on Saturday followed by a meal at a Turkish restaraunt Saturday night with my mum :) Sunday we saw my grandma and took her sofas (getting rid of as a bit hard, but gorgeous and good as new) to my mum's and one down to Sheffield for James mum. We got back however and our electric had gone AGAIN in the house - it's been playing up all week - and couldnt get boiler or any sockets on. Freezing night and all food in fridge and freezer ruined :-\

Yesterday morning I managed to trip it and waited in all day for an electrician to basically say he wasn't sure as obviously now it was working. A few things he's going to do though and a few things we are going to test. So yesterday meant an impromptu day of work which I actually enjoyed but we couldn't even cook ...

So long story short I'm back on plan today not yesterday but think I've got an excuse ;-)

Had bootcamp last night - a full on glutes session. At the end we had a plank competition of who could hold it the longest and I won at just over 2mins30seconds! Didn't realise I had won until after when James said well done haha :') aiming for three minutes next time. Got spin tonight! It's going to hurt after bootcamp last night!

Eats for today:
B: Gluten free homemade granola with a banana
L: TBC but thinking a salad
S: Orange and 2 quinoa rice cakes with peanut butter
D: TBC as buying things each day until electric is definitely sorted but I'm quite fancying a stirfry as won't get home until about half 8

I'll catch up with diaries xxxx
