Hello lovelies
hope that you all had a good weekend and Valentine's Day!
I've been off plan as my friend came Thursday, came to bootcamp with me! Then we had a KFC and shared a bottle of red. Friday we went for lunch and I had half an ale wight fishcakes and a cookie and ice-cream dessert, we went for a pizza express and then went to the cinema to see 50 Shades and had pick n' mix, then had drinks in town. Then Saturday I had a fry up and chocolate milkshake followed by a Costa and an Indian takeaway with beers and chocolate, then Sunday another fryup (albeit after a 7k run) and a Sunday dinner! Haha so i didn't weight this morning!
James bought me a size 8 hoodie first valentines though so i haven't put too much on!
Back on it today. Only obstacle in the week is Wednesday night as going for pay day drinks, but getting a nandos and then just having a couple of vodkas or gins!
Eats for today:
B: homemade granola (inspired by Lil!): 150g gluten free oats mixed with tbsp honey and tbsp of coconut oil and 60ml maple syrup and 2 caps of vanilla essence. Mix together with some seeds and chopped nuts. Bake for 15 at 150 fan. Add mixed berries and bake for another 12 mins. Loads of it too! Served with almond milk, bloobs and banana
L: leftover Sunday dinner (chicken, sweet potato mash, parsnips, carrots) orange and nuts
Pre gym: banana
Post gym: protein shake with dark chocolate almond milk
D: some type of chicken dish with sweet potato wedges and veggies
