Your food sounds lovely. I had sweet potato mash for first time last week and really enjoyed it.

Your tea last night sounds amazing!

I know a lot of the girls on here love spin, I find the hour long sessions really hard so I used to stick to 45 min express classes. It's fun though. They used to turn all the lights out and music up!

That protein shake sounds naughty!! I'm unsure whether to include protein shake into my daily intake. I'm unsure if they can help me. Not sure if I exercise hard enough!

I used to be a bit wary about protein shakes but I wouldn't worry too much as you're supposed to eat back about half your calories after a workout anyway so they're usually less than that. Mine do help but I did manage without during whole30 by having tuna after a workout as a hit of protein xxxx.
 
I LOVE SPIN!!! I can't wait to get the marathon out of the way so I can go back to doing 3-4 spin classes a week, I really miss it!

My advice is to take it easy... it's your first class, make sure the instructor knows so if they're drill sergeants, they can back off a bit. Take it at your own pace until you build you confidence up. Apart from that, just keep your legs going the whole time and enjoy it :)

Yum food babe! I would love to start spin but I am so socially awkward and do not have the confidence to go in and start a class with people who have probably been doing it years... I would love to though!

Spin will be amaze! The key is good music and a good instructor...then you just feel like you're dancing on a bike!
Defo let them know its your first time..push yourself hard, but dont be scared to find your own way with the resistance etc to get teh most out of the class and ensure it doesnt put you off! With some moves the harder the resistance the easier it is too! Cant wait to hear how you get on!

The protein shake sounds sooooo naughty!! Are you feeling good for it this morning?!
Your brekkie has given me a craving for nuts! I think I might have to have a crack at Lils granola even though it's not 100% sw!

Haha i think the instructor enjoyed the music the most; he was moon walking and everything :')

I love that about protein as it feels naughty but isn't at all :)

Yeah I want to get some gluten free oats and make some xxxx

Haha yes I think! I hated it at points as it was so hard and he was relentless but I know it was good for me lol. It got easier as I realised what I could do and how long certain things lasted. I much preferred the standing up on the bike though. I would go again and even though the instructor yelled at me (for laughing - laughter because it was so hard haha) I did like him and it was good banter with high fives at the end, and he pushed James too as the only bloke there (as is often the case). My bum hurts this morning from the seat though :p xxxx
 
Morning ladies :) I'm late this morning for work as I slept in! Oops!

I enjoyed spin but it was hard. Might do it every couple of weeks.

Eats for today:
B - caveman muesli with coconut milk and banana
L - leftover pork sweet potato mash and veggies
S - orange
D - eating out for a friend's 40th and choosing the steak and sweet potato fries and a couple of gin and tonics!

Yummy eats honey! Dinner sounds perfect! Would you recommend spin? There's a class in my local gym on Friday morning and I'm off work so I thought it might be a quiet one to try it out! X

My legs are fine actually as he did a really good stretch cool down afterwards

Yeah he was funny (strict though) and music was quite good! xxxx
