Ladies I realised today that I am now chasing single figures to my target weight eek!
Still in a bit of pain but plodding on and hoping it goes soon, if not i'll pop in the docs tomorrow
Eats today have been mainly good:
Breakfast: Protein shake, banana
Snack: Brazil Nuts
Lunch: Chicken salad
Snack: Grapes and mini pack of fridge raiders. 1 naughty biscuit - just the 1 though
Doing the food shop tonight so lots of yummy healthy food to be bought. Oh and as it is pay day - loads of wedding magazines!! xxxx
