Just mild bacterial kidney infection. Nothing serious at all :).

Now back to work! There and back twice today!

I know! Haha. Yeah gonna get some tonight. I'm still in a tiny bit of pain but feel better in myself! :)

Thanks honey. I love the pic too cos I am in utter bliss having just been proposed to and talking to my wonderful mum :)

Nope I didn't feel amazing last night so had a lazy one and watched four weddings, ps I love you and talked weddings with James' mum hehe

Tempted to do it tonight though as it will be 2 weeks since he proposed!

Yesterday's food was on plan except I didn't have the fridge raiders but had 2 biscuits instead :/ Also had 2 white rolls with dinner to mop up the sauce - was worth it :) I did, however, resist chocolates despite the fact James' mum was scoffing them lol

Today's eats:
B: Protein shake, banana, nakd bar
L: Chicken salad
S: Fruit (Strawberries, Grapes, Raspberries), Nuts and Raisins, Fridge raiders
D: I think we are going to have chilli :) maybe followed by some chocolate covered strawberries

Btw that chicken dish was absolutely fantastic. I'll post the recipe later as it was one of the nicest things I've eaten in a while.

Just been into Holland and Barretts and had a good chat about diets vitamins and health foods haha

Girls I think i'm addicted to wedding magazines .... only engaged 2 weeks and i've bought 5 :/ xxxx

Ended up having burgers last night with sweet potato chips and veg :)

My naughty treats yesterday ended up being: 3 little chocs (9) and 2 quality street (3?) so still not awful syn wise but I need to stop the habit!

Eats for today:
B: Caveman museli, banana
L: Tuna salad
S: Strawberries, Grapes, Raspberries; Nakd bar; Nuts

Going home to Newcastle tonight so not sure what we will be having. Maybe a cheeky Indian :) So excited to see my family and show them my ring!

I have a vegetable biriyani in my head now... nommmm - must check out syns and see if I can work it in over the weekend :)

Excited for you going home to see family and show off the ring! Is James going too?

Food looks beaut as per usual!

I might take a wee run out to Holland & Barrett at lunch time as they're doing buy one get one half price at the min, anything worth picking up?! xxxx

Thank you :D should be a good weekend: Seeing my mum tonight, seeing my grandma and dad and siblings tomorrow, going to see a wedding venue tomorrow, and got a wedding fayre on sunday with my mum James and one of my bridesmaids!

Ooh yum yum yum :)

Yeah we are both going! I think it is going to be an exciting weekend!

Although i'm not sure about their sw qualities - the peanut butter with no added anything is amazing, chia seeds are ridiculously good for you (odd taste), seeds are really good for you too. I've also tried raspberry ketones recently but too early to know if they have an impact.

Ohhh very busy weekend have fun hope you the venue is the one you will know you get a funny feeling in your stomach same with wedding dress I loved shopping for mine it's amazing trying lots of pretty dresses on ;-) enjoy the wedding fayre too lovely Xxx
