Hey beauties. Sorry I've not been about I've been off plan so didn't want to jeopardise your efforts.

We are going to the seaside tomorrow and then I'm off Tuesday so doing a big healthy shop and batch cooking! On it fully then with no excuses!! xxxx

Hello lovely ladies :)

I'm back and back on plan! Unfortunately TOTM decided to turn up yesterday so it made it all harder and more likely to be synful but let's see.

Yesterday:
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of wholemeal toast
L: Handful of wholemeal pasta with a grating of cheese
S: Handful of nuts, Cadbury caramel egg
D: Homemade turkey burgers (turkey mince, onion, garlic, rosemary) served on portobello mushrooms with spinach and a bit of feta and 1 thin slice of chorizo, served with sweet potato and parsnip chips
S: Handful of sweets
Drinks: 2 cups of green tea, 2 cups of tea, squash and water

Today's plan:
B: Caveman museli, banana
L: Homemade EL meatballs in a thick homemade tomato sauce, served with courgette pasta
S: Grapes, Nuts/Raisins, Nakd bar, Pop crisps (need to get these eaten and out of temptations way - only 4.5 syns though)
D: It's a chicken and chickpea tomato dish out the freezer (I think! I hope!) going to serve with vegetables and quinoa

James is cooking us up a chilli tonight for lunches so I think I'll do some banana dark choc chip muffins for snackage purposes!

Also aiming to reduce my caffeine and drink more green tea!

Gym tonight too. I know I won't want to go cos of tummy but I know I'll feel better if I do. So I might need some motivation to go!

Boo to TOTM! You've got some amazing sounding food there though, both yesterday and today! I want to fast tomorrow so might try and make some banana muffins tonight - thanks for the inspiration honey!

Going to the gym sounds like a good plan too, even a gentle workout will help lots, I'm sure.

Wow wow wow - how amazing is your food!! Your burgers last night literally had me drooling! Do you use egg to bind them? I find turkey mince so crumbly! Feeling inspired by your amazing food Jess!

I'm with the girls! Food sounds absolutely amazing! Dinner last night sounds like something I'd pay for out! Lunch and dinner today sound yum! Truly back on it! It's so much easier when you're eating delicious food which you def are! Fabulous having James cook too! I am very jealous of you all having men who cook, not a hope here! X

Are you drinking plenty of water? Have you had enough protein? Maybe you need something else, if you're hungry you should eat the right things rather than waiting and splurging on the wrong things!

I've not had anything yet but it's a fast day for me xxx
 
Oh Jess, your post all in caps really made me giggle! I hate those days when you just never feel satisfied! Deffo try and drink some more water, or maybe some herbal/fruit tea? That usually helps me. And if you can get some fruit or something to snack on, that might take the edge off? xx

I have eaten so much that I think it must be boredom!! So going to have a coffee and try and push through. No food on me and can't really run down to the shops.
