Hello lovely ladies
I'm back and back on plan! Unfortunately TOTM decided to turn up yesterday so it made it all harder and more likely to be synful but let's see.
Yesterday:
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of wholemeal toast
L: Handful of wholemeal pasta with a grating of cheese
S: Handful of nuts, Cadbury caramel egg
D: Homemade turkey burgers (turkey mince, onion, garlic, rosemary) served on portobello mushrooms with spinach and a bit of feta and 1 thin slice of chorizo, served with sweet potato and parsnip chips
S: Handful of sweets
Drinks: 2 cups of green tea, 2 cups of tea, squash and water
Today's plan:
B: Caveman museli, banana
L: Homemade EL meatballs in a thick homemade tomato sauce, served with courgette pasta
S: Grapes, Nuts/Raisins, Nakd bar, Pop crisps (need to get these eaten and out of temptations way - only 4.5 syns though)
D: It's a chicken and chickpea tomato dish out the freezer (I think! I hope!) going to serve with vegetables and quinoa
James is cooking us up a chilli tonight for lunches so I think I'll do some banana dark choc chip muffins for snackage purposes!
Also aiming to reduce my caffeine and drink more green tea!
Gym tonight too. I know I won't want to go cos of tummy but I know I'll feel better if I do. So I might need some motivation to go!
