Actually still aching from KB last last week! Serious DOMS!
Back on it today after a very off plan and fab weekend! The good was amazing at the restaurant on Friday night: piles and piles of smoked meat! Washed down with lots of beer and wine! We had leftover meat with cheesy jackets and salad Sat night, followed by cake and cream. Yesterday: 2 choc chip muffins for lunch followed with a sunday dinner - it was good if I do say so myself, and a magnum.
So it's all out of my system and I'm back on it 100%. Annoyingly I forgot to weigh in this morning but I'll weigh in tomorrow instead. Got a plan for the week which I hope works to shift some of this new bulge!
Mon: Chicken salad; Steak, potato & vegetables. BOOTCAMP
Tues: Steak salad; Sausage casserole
Wed: Sausage casserole; Burritos RUN
Thursday: Pulled pork; Steak, sweet potato & veg KB CLASS
Friday: Pulled pork ....
Home at the weekend and James is on a stag so plan on weighing in Friday. The menu is very meat based but there will be loads of Superfree in there and very little naughty food! Going to cook up some healthy chocolate which I hope helps!
Actually really looking forward to getting back on it. Although I'm starving already lol.

B - Protein pancakes, Strawberries & Banana
L: Chicken salad: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, chicken, new potatoes & grated cheese
S: Pineapple, nuts, oat bar (pre gym)
D: Steak, sweet potato weeds & veg
S: Protein shake after the gym! Healthy choc if required!
