Hello sweetie! Glad to hear you're feeling a little more positive! I think being bold really can create a somewhat negative mindset and things definitely seem worse than they are! You are such a total superstar and I know you're going to be so in the zone and kicking butt (maybe even literally!?) with all of the exercise! I love how you were just straight back in there and ready to go! The new trainers are FAB! Love, love, love! So pink which of course we all love! Definitely fab motivation to get out there and try them out! Hope you have better luck with yours than I have with mine!! They've been a disaster, they cut my heels so badly on monday that I can't even put my feet in them at the moment! I ended up wearing my old ones which have foamy bits missing out of the back and they were less painful! Ridiculous! Food is sounding so yum! Love how you've gotten everything planned for the week too! I wouldn't worry about a little costa treat! Was it yummy? I want to try one of those coolers! xxx

Hello you :D yes still feeling a bit flabby but using it for motivation! I tried on some 12 shorts today and they were huge so I can't have got that big ;) I can't not do bootcamp as PT would have me in trouble if I missed for laziness :p I also just wouldn't let her or James down anyway :)

Aren't they gorgeous! I hope they are comfy; they've been fitted and they feel like I'm walking on clouds. If yours have hurt your feet can't you take them back?!

Try one but only on a low syn week as they are naughty naughty naughty haha xxxx

Banana, Strawbs and Grapes, Protein pancakes
Pulled pork sandwich
Oat bar, pineapple, nuts
Sausage casserole

Got Ketlebell class tonight which is going to be tough! But loving it!

Also loving the sound of these protein pancakes! Tell me more! Do they fill you up?! I'm assuming they have some protein powder in them so you really should be doing some proper exercise when you've had them?!! I have no clue!

Look at you skinny Minnie in your huge size 12s! Our own perception of our bodies can get a bit warped I think! Xxx

Thank you. Yes and they are super comfy! Really flexible too so eventually I have trainers I can do lunges in! Haha ;)

Yes they fill you up and half a portion, 3 pancakes, is only 100 calories! All good fats etc so even though ideal when exercising they are good at any point in a week where you are doing some exercise I reckon.

Haha it was so strange; I know I'm a 10 on too in most things but I have a big bum and hips! Or so I thought! ;)

Morning lovely ladies! Happy Friday!

Kettlebell class was amazing - I absolutely love it. I think it's because, even though it burns, you don't get out of breath and you have the opportunity to get your form right whereas in bootcamp it is high intensity and you only get 2 chances to do exercises whereas in KB it's 4 times. I love both but KB is a favourite. If I ever train in PT (was thinking about it as an extra to up our incomes so we can save some up for the future) then I will definitely train in KBs and dynamax balls (big heavy soft balls you can do loads of stuff with).

Going home this weekend to see my mummy :) also seeing some wedding venues tomorrow (eek!) and having a night out with 2 of my girls tomorrow night. Really looking forward to it although I'll miss my boy. He's on a stag do in sheffield anyway although and staying in a hostel in town to be with the lads, so I wouldn't have seen him anyway!

Eats for today!
Protein pancakes, Banana, Grapes and Strawbs
Chili beef with salad and a jacket sweet potato!
Nuts and cereal bar. I eventually are my pineapple yesterday!

No idea for food over the weekend. It won't be good but it won't be too bad. We are doing an 100% week next week in terms of food and exercise - a whole 7 days. Who is with me?! :D

I think we need a minis meet up too btw. Everyone could come stay at mine or alternatively meet in one of your locations? Would love to meet you all xxxx.

Yeah it will be really nice :) Seeing 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. I think one of the Sat ones could be THE venue so it could be a very exciting weekend today. Thanks honey you too! You doing anything nice? :) xxxx
 
There is a carnival on in one of the villages tomorrow so will go there and meet up with other halfs family and my mum and step dad are coming up which will be nice as not seen them for a few weeks xx

Ooo and loving the PT idea! I really like kettlebells too! I've inly done it once on our fitness holiday last year but absolutely loved it!

WOOP for a full healthy week! How did day one go?! I can do today tomorrow and Thursday and then I'm off on my hols...but 3 days healthy is better than nothing right?!! Xxxx

Good morning lovely ladies

Day 1 of 100% week starts today!

I had a really lovely weekend. I spent loads of quality time with my mum which we both loved and I'm really missing her now! Food was a bit naughty but not ridiculous. However I went out Sat night with a friend and drank copious amounts of cocktails and lots of rum! There were kinder cocktails: chocolate, hazelnut, kinder bueno, cream etc it was divine, served with a shot of chocolate and a kinder egg! Haha amazeballs!

Also saw some wedding venues. The first one was gorgeous but I think more of a party venue? It was a big blank canvus room with gorgeous view of the river tyne (my favourite view in the world) but i just couldn't see myself getting married there. The other venue was a Victorian hotel with gorgeous grounds and you get exclusive use of it too and much cheaper. See pics!

My grandma certainly thought it was the one as she offered to put down the deposit there and then, and couldn't understand why I said no. Lol but I loved it but can't see it until I go with James. So we are both going to see it, and a few others, in a few weekends time :)

Yesterday was off plan although we had a very intense bootcamp where we were all rolling/crawling from station to station as we were that knackered haha. So we had a KFC after haha. I'm glad we did though as James had felt a bit rubbish and felt better after some salt and fat.

But 100% back on it today with a healthy food shop on the cards for tonight.

Lovely that you had a great weekend. I bet your mum enjoyed some time with you as well. As a mum myself, I know how precious time with your child alone is - it's totally different from time with child and her partner, even when you really like the partner as I do DD's.

The venue looks fabulous, but as you say, it must be a joint decision; it wouldn't do to dictate too early on!!

What a weekend Jessy! I don't know if i'm more excited by wedding venues or those amazing sounding cocktails!! Those pics are really nice! Very excited to hear what James makes of it in a few weeks! Bless your grandma though! She must have loved it! It's great that she's a part of it all. Are you the first grandchild to get married? Massive fair play for going to bootcamp while exhausted! I agree with Sarah! you def earned that KFC! xxx

I hate KBs because they hurt but love them because I know they're working and once you get technique right then BOOM! :D

Haha yes 3 days is bettter than none. My 100% week is starting a day late so 85.7% week ;) haha xxxx/
