Brownies...yum!! We have a chocolate and caramel tart for pudding at the races today and I can't wait! Definitely a fast day tomorrow to balance out lunch.

What's the weather like where you are? Could you go for a run instead of the gym? Getting some fresh air might feel less like hard work?

Haha yes I couldn't totally resist but I was hungry so something was going down the hole!

Problem is I hate running haha. I do it but I much prefer the gym. So weirdly it's easier to get me at the gym doing weights than outside running. We are running on sat though ;) doing 5k round the lake xxxx.

It's funny how we're all different, isn't it. I get so bored in the gym but really like being outside (not in the winter though, obviously!). Was hoping to go for a run tomorrow morning but it looks like I have to be in London for a 9am meeting so will be up at silly o'clock as it is. Might run at lunchtime instead...will see how I get on.

So many things to say!

Well done for resisting the KFC! You are a stronger woman than I! What time did you end up getting back at? Would you normally get quite an early night? I def think a lack of sleep generally is my biggest downfall, but I seriously have a case of FOMO and never like to miss anything!

Your breakfast sounds amazing, I love smoked salmon. Feels so healthy when you have it with eggs in the morning, so filling too. Even better when you've a mid-morning brownie to look forward to as well ;)

What is it that has you not feeling the gym today? I almost always feel like I can't be bothered with the gym. My strategy is to put my gym clothes and trainers on and then just walk out the door... I do the same for running too... then it kind of feels like a waste if you don't use it, and you ask yourself "what would I be doing instead?" and the answer is never good enough on a weeknight! You'll feel so much better for going too - you'll be feeling super fit and super skinny and have the post-workout buzz. Priceless!

And Sarah... I much, much, MUCH prefer running in winter! I love that feeling of the cold against my skin and I love how your body warms up. I love running in the dark under the streetlights and I much prefer winter running clothes to summer ones! I'm with you when you say that it's amazing how we're all so different :) xx

It is gorgeous but I am concentrating too much on not giving up to take it in ;)

Ooh I don't think I could run at lunchtime - I would want to sleep all afternoon :p

To be completely honest I don't enjoy running because I find it hard ;) I feel good after but I find weights and sprints much easier xxxx

I was pleased too although that tiny amount of food equated to a disgusting 200 calories - how?!?! I got back about half 11 and so didn't get into bed until after 12. I don't normally sleep until about then afterwards but it was my first drive alone to town and in the dark and it really took it out of me! FOMO? I know YOLO? Haha

It really was beautiful. Lots of black pepper too so it had a wonderful kick to it. Hehe yes ;) well I am still tempted to have one later but at 130 calories minimum I am tempted to try and leave it.

Yeah I find it easiest if I take my gym stuff to work and go straight to the gym; once I am home … but didn’t have time this morning so hopefully James will nip home so I can stay at work a bit later and go straight. True I love your motivation! I will try and pass some onto James! Thanks sweetheart. Definitely feeling the gym now.
We definitely are all different … my excuse in the summer is that it is too hot to run, and in the winter too cold! Terrible! ;) xxxx

I am soooo down with the kids it hurts.

Hee hee.... I on the other hand am obviously not...... it took me a minute to figure out that you and the kids weren't very depressed :D

I love going for walks in the summer because the heat can take it out of me when i'm running but I really don't like rain which is more common in Winter (usually, anyway!) and I have to go out everyday with Lucy so I can't avoid it! I definitely see the perks of the gym, inside! I would love to just use my cross trainer on the horrible days and be inside. Puppy parenting is a tough one! ;)

Eek I have just booked a night away for James and I in Robin Hood Bay Whitby! I am so ridiculously excited! £105 for bed and breakfast deluxe room with sea views! Eek!

1 month today - and I want to be AT LEAST 9st 12lbs by then! :D

Love love love Robin Hood Bay....... you can have a wonderful time and burn mega calories walking up and down 'cos it is sooooooooo slopey lol x

I love it there are lots of towns round about to visit..... lovely beach at Cayton Bay.... great shops, harbour and lots more at Whitby and RHB itself is so quaint, you will have a blast :D
