Jim's lazy Atkins diary

Morning all, lovely Fathers day yesterday, all th kids came over. They took us out for a meal to the cock at wishaw, very nice indeed and then we all went out for a walk in Sutton park. Great day indeed. Sad to think my own Father has been gone for 23 years now.

These are times for reflection aren't they Jim - glad you had a good time x

Sorry to hear about your mam Jim, hope all is ok now that she is being seen to.

that post with the veet made me laugh out loud, good way to start a grey morning :)

hope you are well and manage to get the leg cramps sorted, I'm suffering with them myself so will be watching t see what works for you.

Morning all, bit grey here but dry at the moment.

Goldi, well something is working, not sure if it's the extra fish and spinach or just one of those things.

Fish is calcium rich in fish where the bones are eated Jim but as long as the cramps have stopped that's good x

Morning Jim, hope you and the family are keeping well. Very cold and grey here too, lights on as if it is a November morning!!

Morning

London weather report - the sun is sort of out but it's also grey - weird...and very, very glaring! I expect snow within the hour :D

It caught me out again - put a T shirt on this morning but was cold so changed into a jumper to go out this afternoon - the sun came out and it went up to 24 deg.....

Morning all, yes, same sort of strange weather here as well.

Morning

Did you hear the dreary news this morning? Apparently the weather (rain in summer, etc) is going to be like this for the next 10 years....something to do with rising sea levels in the Atlantic. Time to build our space shuttle and go ruin another planet, methinks!

Ahhh.... don't listen to them Girls - they can't even predict today and tomorrow, let alone the next 10 years. That said, everyone laughed at Noah too apparently - until the rain got a bit out of hand x

Morning Girls, yes I saw that on the news, filled me full of gloom I must admit. I still wish we were going to go and live in Malta, but given we now have Olivia, and another little one on the way Colleen says that's out of the question.

It would be a wrench Jim - you'd miss her terribly x

LOL Gem - too true! :)

Shame about Malta, Jim, it's a lovely place - but completely understand Colleen saying that, you love Olivia so much, it would be awful for you both not to see her (and the new one) all the time.

Morning all, It's persisting down out there again. I know I'd miss her, but sometimes i just look outside and think how nice it would be to see the sun. On the bright side, we are planning on taking lot's of holidays in the Sun once Colleen retires. Our Garden is in full bloom at the moment

Garden looks beautiful Jim, such a shame we don't get the weather to get out there and really enjoy it!
