Joannes hen do and wedding diary 2014-2015

Hi... Hope you don't mind me popping by to subscribe.
I'll read through properly later, but I noticed on your first post that you'd like to get to 10.7...snap! Me too! I'm currently 11.10 booo, after struggling over the last few weeks after our hols. I'd got right down to almost 11st. My aim is to get under 11st by Christmas.
When is your wedding?? Xx

Helloooo hunny thanks for popping by my wedding is 24 may 2015 and weigh on this morn at 11 stone 1.4 so nearly, just nearly half a stone off! Needs to be 11 stone 1lb dead on for that :) I think all plans work I've tried red and green days and this time doing a bit of everything extra easy red and green and they have all worked for me :) good luck with your journey hunny :) xx

How exciting about your wedding, I'm engaged but there's no plans to get married just yet. I lost almost 3.5 stone doing green days from home, I joined a class in January and have been fiddling about with the same 10lbs grrr! I've switched over to extra easy to see if it makes a difference.
Congrats on the almost half stone off, well done! :)

I've been doing slimming world on and off for 8 years! I always go back to it every time I want to lose a stone or 2 lol it's brilliant and so achievable.It is common sense if you think about it but this forum helps a lot and it is so supportive and friendly i love it x

Breakfast this morn (1/2) syn Possibly an extra easy day Hob nob style biscuits. (Recipe is in the recipe section on this slimming world forum) Banana Muller light greek style yoghurt (1/2) Coffee some semi skimmed milk used from allowance

Cauliflower cheese 4 syns? Only had a bit
Sauce on salmon 3
Jacket with cheese part of healthy extra a choice
Lots of veg and ratatouille
And peace of dark chocolate 2 a chocolate orange segment 2.5 syns
And a m&s chocolate coin 1.5 syn

13.5 syns alltogether
