What I've found (even up till last week) that during the day when I'm moving about I can't feel baby much then I 'panic' sit down and boom - one big boot in the ribs reminds me he is in there!! Lol. Then the same later on...it's in evening when I settle down that the fun begins. And if I realise I've been sat a couple of hours and can't recall feeling anything a cold drink normally get a wriggle - then I feel awful as I assume he was snoozing and I threw a bucket of cold water on him!! Lol.
I read advice on Facebook from a friend that said lay on left side and eat an ice pop for maximum movements. I haven't tried it as by the time a read it I wasn't worried about ever feeling them...but I did buy the ice pops!! Lol.
In fact - I might go get an ice pop now
7am is ice pop time right?? Xx
