The hiccuping is so cute! I had no idea it could happen until I had to go on the monitor a couple of weeks ago and the midwife pointed it out to me. I know he's hiccuping now when my bump starts moving and I know it's too fast to be kicks. Apparently babies who have lots of hiccups now often have them after they are born too <3

Good luck for your scan - ours didn't go very well but I'm sure yours will be lovely, nice that you can take your parents too! xxx

Thanks im so glad and feel so lucky that so far...I havnt really had any problems with the pregnancy. Heres hoping it stays that way and that the birth is just as straightforward!

Because I have an anterior placenta, baby was hiding behind it and as the scan was a voucher we couldn't get a rescan. We only got one picture and you can't see much on it. The people were quite rude to us there too We complained but heard nothing back!

I don't know anyone else who has had an experience like ours though, sometimes you might not get a great picture and you expect that but it helps if the people are nice and that was what disappointed us so much.

Gets lots of sugary stuff down you beforehand and baby should be nice and wriggly for his close-up xxx

Im going back to the clinic that Ive been to for all my private scans....they are really good.Because of my anxieties I had an 8 and 10 week scans with them and then went back for a 16 week gender scan and now this 28 week 4D scan I have an anterior placenta too...hasnt seemed to of caused any problems at any of my scans so far..heres hoping it stays that way tonight!! It sounds like the sonographer you had wasnt very good I dont understand why places would make an experience that is supposed to be so special that awful...they're not exactly then going to get you to come back in the future or recommend them to anyone! Idiots......

That's good news then, it's somewhere that you know and are comfortable with so you know they'll do the best job for you.

I wish we could have another one to make up for it but we can't afford it sadly It's a shame but at least we got to see baby one extra time and tbh we didn't think we could even afford a scan so if it wasn't for the voucher we'd have had nothing so what we had was better than nothing!

Our son was very cooperative today and we got some good 3D photos of him!

In the first photo he is sucking his thumb, second looks like he's on a cloud, third one he is frowning and the last one he has his foot in front of his face lol Love him so much

Sonographer told us that at 28 +3 weeks our son is apparently already 3.2lbs and has longer than average legs! Ahhhh!!!!

In the first photo he is sucking his thumb, second looks like he's on a cloud, third one he is frowning and the last one he has his foot in front of his face lol Love him so much Sonographer told us that at 28 +3 weeks our son is apparently already 3.2lbs and has longer than average legs! Aww loving the pics. We didnt get given any measurements at our scan, she just said it was all ok and average sized. We'll find out more at my growth scan though x
