Joined slimming world tonight

Ah it's a shame, I'd of scoffed the lot, he's just not used to the change that's all.

My mum used to make cottage pie quite dry when we were little as didn't like saucy food (like my kids), so why not try just frying up garlic/onions and maybe some mushrooms. mince and the herbs and then put that in the oven dish with mash on top and have some gravy over or mix a bit of gravy in with the mince, could use lamb mince for shepherds pie instead.
 
Ye sounds like a plan . Ye Shepards is Ment to be lamb mince I think the woman who's idea I stole used the wrong word lol. Coleman pack is only 7 syns which isn't to bad split between us and least I know he will eat it .
 
Yeah if you could even just use half the pack at least you have the flavour and it'll encourage him to eat more healthy too. I love my green beans with pie, not sure why but also need gravy on them haha. Think I should switch the laptop off now and watch a bit of tv, not had it on all day :)
 
Day 58 :D

Morning guys hope your all well.

Lovely lie in this morning feeling super fresh. Plan for today is baths this morning , dinner then walk around the local lake to feed the ducks.

Sp day tomorrow so going to enjoy my carbs today .

Breakfast apple and orange
Dinner prawn pasta salad 2
Tea hunters chicken jacket cheese and salad 5
Hifi bars

Well been for a nice walk fed the ducks and went to the park Olivia loved it jumping in the puddles and playing on park.

Lovely little place went to a canal in the end and fed the few ducks there. Just as we were walking back to the car a staffy dog came charging at us had to pick Olivia up quick. This really annoyed me right next to the kids play area and owner was no where to be seen. He then turned up and I said can you put ur dog on a lead she doesn't like them. He just says we are going this way and off they went. Olivia hasn't a prob with dogs but you can't trust dogs around children so I picked her up but shouldn't have to . Sorry but if you want to let your dog off do it in a field or at least stay near it, if Olivia wasn't close he would of knocked her to the floor. Stupid people rant over lol

We got back and went for another walk around the estate so plenty of excersise today . Tea is now cooking
 
Difficult one there, you gotta be careful as some owners may bite, never mind the dog haha! Glad Olivia is ok and you had a nice day all the same. Enjoy your meal!
 
Day 59

Morning , sp day had arrived

Breakfast 2xoranges 1 apple
Dinner chicken salad with mushrooms 2
Tea chicken with salad 2
Hifi bars
2xbaby bell

Got alot of cleaning /sorting today so going to get that done this morning . This afternoon got nip Morrisons get some strawberry and grapes this is what hubby takes everyday so DNt last long. Fancy some more prawns but going to wait till Friday big shop and save some money .

Last nights tea was yummy did chicken breast bacon on top 1/2 tablespoon of BBQ sauce and bit of cheese syned them at 1 syn each breast were lovely .

This fed 2 of us really cause Olivia only had few pieces

2 chicken breast cut into chunks
Smash 8 tablespoons
Paprika 3 teaspoons
Kn pepper 2 teaspoons
Chicken oxo cube
2eggs

Syns the smash at 4 syns so If serving 2 will be 2 syns each . If you want to serve more just add more chicken and smash obviously syn the extra smash .

1. Put smash into a mixing bowl
2. Spinkle in oxo cube , paprika, kn pepper
3. Break your eggs into seperate bowl.
4. Foil a baking tray and spray with fryligjt
5. Take 1piece of chicken at a time dip in egg then dip into coating to cover then place on baking tray .

Cook for 20 mins
 
I do sp on Tuesdays and Wednesdays . On Thursday il usually have fruit for breakfast then a jackets potato /pasta/ pasta salad about 1pm then not eat until after Iv been weighed at 7pm.
Worked last week hopefully works this week il find out in morning if my scales have moved :)

Thanks hun. That sounds really easy. I will definitely try it as it looked lush and will be a nice treat dinner.

I'm going to try this next week. I was thinking you did it all week except for the weekend, so only a few days is good :) I might try it for the 2nd part of the week so running up to the weekend.

I hope your scales have moved in the morning :) I'm hoping mine are now heading back in the right direction as well.
