Joined slimming world tonight

Depends how much you like your carbs haha, I usually half half the amount of carbs I'd of had in the past and bulk the plate with veg anyway but as I would like to speed my losses up a little I'm going to do

Weigh in Monday morning
follow EE Monday & Tuesday,
Wednesday & Thursday speed,
Friday EE,
then Saturday & Sunday speed so kind of tricking my body a little there and see if that works. Need to stock up on eggs that I will have at least twice for dinner and twice for lunches on different days and chicken and veg or salad and mince & veg on different days and maybe bacon at the weekend to keep it interesting but in salads would be lovely and might have to treat myself to steak which I really don't have often!

It's defo one for the weekend feels like your having chicken nuggets chips and beans lol. The wedges where nice to just sprinkle garlic granules and paparika 40-50 mins in oven yummy
 
I'm going to try this next week. I was thinking you did it all week except for the weekend, so only a few days is good :) I might try it for the 2nd part of the week so running up to the weekend.

I hope your scales have moved in the morning :) I'm hoping mine are now heading back in the right direction as well.

Ye just two days I like to enjoy the weekend lol. I always stick to my syns tho but enjoy pasta and potatoes . I see it as a little boost just before weigh day. You prob won't want to do it at weekend I know I wouldn't as does make u want carbs lol.

Works well for me because I know it's nearly weigh day so just get on with it. After weigh day I really appreciate my carbs so gets me through the weekend a lot easier if it makes sense
 
Day 60

Olivia still asleep so thort I'd nip on , haven't been down and weighed yet so will update in abit if scales have moved any from yesterday. I keep the scales in the downstairs bathroom in hope il be lazy and not go down , hasn't happened yet haha.

Last sp yippee looking forward to some carbs at the weekend. Hubby had the whole weekend off so looking forward to that, he's decided he's having a treat Friday night instead of Thursdays so I must try and stay strong. If I get a good loss tomorrow I may be tempted but if I do I will have low syns for a few days and may even do extra sp for doing this.

Plans for today

Olivia has her hair cut at 11.45 so after that Iv told her we can make some cakes, her little face lit up. She's chosen the nemo cake box work out 3 syns each yummy.

Scales are showing 1 1/2 loss this morning . 1 more day to go hopefully il get 2lb this week
 
Sounds like you are loving your sp days! I'm getting towards the end of mine, I think it'll be easier for me to do mine in the week, but I weigh myself on Monday mornings and probably need it more at the weekend, I'll just my best haha! Gotta avoid my yoghurt as been enjoying it as an evening snack recently, hopefully my main meal will fill me up and I won't want anything else.
 
Ye I don't mind them I'm always in a good mood come wed as I know that's another week done . I'm not even hungry tonight for some reason might just have little bit of pork with some salad . Been really thirsty today so prob full of pop . Oh well I'm not moaning about not being hungry lol
 
I've been thirsty the last couple of days, however much I drink and getting a dry mouth too, really annoying, maybe it's a symptom of eating healthy lol
 
Day 61

Well Iv come on again :mad: doing my head in now Iv been in 3 times through 1 month

Scales showing 1 3/4 loss hopefully il get 2lb tonight can't moan being as I lost 3 1/2 last week.

Off to conkers today loads of walking and excersise syns out so taking a picnic.

Eww what has gone a slight brown colour lol is it the mince? I freeze my meat as not always sure if I'll definitely have it that week.

Day i brought it doesn't smell good so gone in the bin jackets are in the oven won't be having mine till after weighing tho.

Today has been really good loads of walking ,playing on the park, train rides,picnic and gorgeous weather. On the way out I brought a annual pass as it's just 5 mins down the road so ideal for us. We both had a lovely time and the pass includes the soft play aswell so it's brill .
 
Well gutted 1/2 a pound loss don't know what's gone on mine this morning were showing 1 3:/4. Maybe it dropped to under a pound and as they DNt weigh in 1/4s this gives me half. Oh well new week tomoz can't moan after last weeks loss.
 
oh no, see that's why its worth having a little carbs daily to stop body clinging on when you have it.

Do you think this happened Leigh I don't get it been good and done two sp days. Today when out I had tuna pasta salad, cheese ,hifis and crisps so been good
