Joined slimming world tonight

He's bck on it tomorrow he's promised . Oh I eat don't worry lol one off today prob Cause been feeling depressed cause thort would do better . I'm over that now tho lol
 
well you have done well, it's a loss, not a gain!!! Really hope you continue and get more next week, I lost 1lb last Monday, hoping 2-3lbs but anything can happen eh. Think I will leave exercise this weekend, my shoulders are sore, my neck too, don't wanna pull anything. Need to spend time relaxing as losing weight is exhausting haha
 
Ye we are loosing and as long as it's not going on It's all good. Reckon you will get a good one this week. In my book I have a pattern one week brill like 3 then next 1 so maybe how it will work for me. Like you say look at overall loss.

I'm relaxing this weekend ready for my sp 5 days hahaha
 
Yep 100 percent no going back for me. At the start u think oh god going to be horrid so much to loose . Half way there and now I concentrate getting to each mini goal I.e 1/2 stone , next stone or percentage of weight loss.

Feeling happy today
 
My goals at the mo

1. Reach 3 stone. ( 6 1/4 to go)

2. Get 10% at group , ( 2lb to go)

3. Get 3 1/2 stone ( 5lbs to go )

4. Loose 53 pounds to get 20% ( loose another 4lbs)

5. 4 stone (3lb to go )

Total 20 1/4 pounds to loose and il be at 4 stone amazing feeling.

Obviously the amount Iv put in each goal is the amount left once Iv reached the goal before.

If I was to loose 2lb a week from now this can Happen by 18th may . WOW. We all know this won't happen as some weeks aren't as good at others but as long as it's off my last week of July il be happy.this is when hubby breaks up for three weeks and our summer starts .

Il be down to 14.13 then il carry on go get my 13 stone but I know il feel loads better so won't be bothered by 1/2 off a week etc as long as it comes off.

BRING ON the challenges I will beat it and I shall WIN

I bet you get to target and decide to continue, well if you continue eating healthy it'll fall of naturally but in it's own time.

I hear you!! I believe you lol, just carry on experimenting with food, make fakeaways, you won't miss the old lifestyle, if you become a target member, it'll be a challenge to stay within the 3lbs either side eh
 
Ye would be hard. I prob won't go come then save the money . My plan is to stick to what I'm doing and if I do have a treat then be good after . We knoe how the plan works and we know what foods are good and bad. I'm be weighing once a month and any damage il be strict on myself obviously if Iv been naughty wnt leave it that long will weigh before
 
Today's plan

Was going to chill this morning and do a few things round house but decided to go shopping instead suit shopping and might try few more dresses on .

Food hubby cooked us cooked breakfast 6 as had two sausages
Dinner nothing
Tea steak chips mushrooms 3
Mars 4

I mean once Iv got rid of a bulk weight il prob stop going good at min cause I need motivation. Iv lost 3stone before from home so I know I can do it.
 
Oh I see! Oh that's a shame you won't get your other certificates and target, I'm the other way, I am well motivated and raring to go, but as I get closer to target I just know that I'll start to struggle and may think about joining then lol so determined to be a healthy BMI and get fit eventually too, don't wanna get health issues too soon in life, I have already suffered with tiredness, aches and pains through being too heavy and I wanna have a spring in my step and hopefully look younger at 40 lol.
 
:D:D:D:D Jeans are on ,these were my tightest pair out of four pairs well happy . They are a size 18 but really small 18 all my other 18s are well loose . From Tesco does anyone else think there sizes are small ?

Oh wow loving the hair! You are so pretty! It doesn't look like you are a size 18 at all, but well done for getting into your tight 18 jeans, maybe you'll be in 16's real soon, the ones in George Asda are stretchy and that's how I got into my 14's haha, my work trousers are actually fitting much better this week so it was really only a few lbs when I first tried them on! I think I'll try my blouse on next weekend to see if it feels looser, I doubt it as always have struggled losing on my arms.
 
Aww thank you , ye I was thinking the same maybe some 16,s will fit. Iv got a old pair of bay trading jeans they are such a small 16 haven't even tried them on yet lol. These are tight sat in car at min but telling myself they can only get better lol.
 
Yeah I imagine places like bay trading and top shop will be small, but don't let that stop you haha, by the time you are in a normal 14 you'll fit their 16's! I need to think about buying at least one pair of work trouser's in a 12 so I can try them on to give me more encouragement! It'll be a long time until I'm a 12 top but I'd like to aim for 10 bottom in the end if not an 8, I'm only 5'4 so that would no doubt be half way into the healthy bmi for me.
 
Ye I like buying 1 thing to set myself a goal with it feels great when fits. These jeans I have on today I brought last FEB with my birthday money thinkin oh I like them going to loose the weight so they fit and never did. I also have a really thick jumper I brought in December which I haven't even tried on that's a 16. By time that fits be to warm haha loved it tho so might try that later.

Ye prob when a 14 shops like quiz jeans are will fit comfortable size 16. I know when I was 15.9 I got them on so we shall see
 
Oooh exciting then, not far to go!!

Think I'm gonna buy a pair of work trousers in a 12 then at the end of the month!

Bit annoying as I had all these clothes a few years ago and just wasn't in the mindset to lose weight, so gave them to charity as no where to store stuff in this house! I still need to get to the charity shop with all my 16's as the kids parents evening mucked up plans to do that, I don't like going when busy, so will do that on Thursday morning and after dropping kids off at school and then come home, exercise and have lunch. Will do my shopping on Friday after dropping them off at school and then come home and exercise and have lunch as working all day Saturday so will definitely need a completely chilled Sunday!
 
Sounds like it will work out well for you get your little things done . Shame you got rid of them. Trouble is we all got clothes we say maybe one day will fit but by time you loose weight that's the best bit going out getting new clothes
