cauli egg fried rice recipe is:
heat a little butter or oil in a wok or frying pan ( just enough to stop it sticking, if you use too much it turns into cauli soup lol)
grate the cauli and put in the pan, let it cook, stirring often, until I starts to go brown.
Stir in a little soy sauce.
make a well in the centre and drop in an egg. Break the yolk and leave until the egg starts to solidify then stir through the rice. Leave on heat, stirring regularly, for a minute or two, until all the egg is cooked through.
And that's it. Sometimes I add some cooked meat or little prawns at the end so it becomes special fried rice which I can eat on its own and it's yummy xx
