Oh dear lol! Everything seems to happen at once doesnt it when ur on this diet, can't stay focused cos stuff keeps coming up!
I've had 4 weeks of busy weekends and its been really hard to keep my head in the game

How you cope with it Krissy it's hard enough not telling family/friends ....it's a very unsociable diet....lol x

I've told everyone but it doesnt make it any easier lol!
I've come off a few times to go out for various things but so hard to get back on each time I do that, saying that I have a wedding friday I need to come off for, argh!!!
Unless its a big night out I can go without drinking, meals out are easy enough cos I mostly ate chicken before the diet anyway so I just take the chips away and replace with a salad.
Worst thing would be to let it ruin your social life and stop you from going out, just try to make it fit around it even though it can be bleeding hard sometimes!

I'm on SS 100% for nearly 5. Weeks now and feel if I have just a night off I won't get back on it biggest fear of all so am going to drink soda water and have bar before I go first party in 3 weeks so will see how that goes first. X
