Wow you need to start giving us recipes for your dinners! So amazing for 500 cals! You're putting us all to shame haha :)
 
Good morning everyone, I got up full of smiles feeling great and contemplating having my oat bran with some fruit and vanilla soya yogurt. I have to admit to being a bit naughty, I jumped on the scales this morning :eek: ahead of my WI of course and all I am saying they smiled at me :)

Saturday morning Lotto and I cannot wait!!! I won't weigh myself again till then but I had to see it for myself if that makes any sense. Hope you're keeping ok lovely xx
 
Ok so I have my menu for today and it didn't quite go to plan, ie I wanted tuna mayo for lunch but I got busy and was out at 2.30 when I realized I had no lunch so I had the nicest sandwich evah in our lush local deli, boy it was yummy. Here's my foods for brekkie and lunch

For tonight I am cooking Gino's stuffed chicken thighs and breast, I am sure I won't be able to eat both, I accounted for both and he said they keep well, so I can always keep the thigh for Thursday and re jig my cals for today. They are stuffed with roast peppers, goat cheese and basil, served with a fresh salad of toms, cucumber and my fave Kalamata's olive's. Followed by a yummy fresh fruit salad dressed with homemade elderflower cordial and fresh basil. FEAST OR WHAT? :D

Oh my giddy aunt, I had to adjust my quantities as there was no way I could have managed all that, so stuffed the thigh and leg and enjoyed it tremendously, also only used one goat cheese between us (eating cheese again was heaven). Fruit salad would have been to huge with my initial amounts so reduced that as well and now my total is nowhere near what I should eat. Hmmm to Peanut Kit Kat or not to Peanut Kit Kat ?:D
 
Ok day finished and I closed the deal at a total cal count of 1682. I added 40 gr of dark choc with spices and orange oil for a whooping 205 cal. I am stuffed... night night everyone

Oh MY Word!!! I have lost weight guys!! I am sorry but I cannot stay away from the scales :( so I will just weigh in as I feel like it for now. So far I did 2 days of up and 2 of down and I am down 3lbs. U N B E L I E V A B L E !! yes I am shouting not because I didn't think it would work, but because It works for me :D!! Hubby lost 4 lbs and this morning he entered the 80 kg he has not seen the 80 since 17 years ago when I met him. Right now I am the happiest woman walking this Earth, thank you Moseley LOL. I AM SOO HAPPY !!
Ok here's my food values for today but I might swap my 133 cals of fridge raiders for some vege in my noodle stir fry tonight. Have a fabby day everyone

Edited to add I swapped the raiders for extra noodles and some fresh asparagus so a total of 422 calories for today's DD
