Dinner - chicken curry ready meal
Snacks - crisps, pkt choccy buttons, twister lolly
Drinks - water, lemsips, coffee

Breakfast - tuna sweetcorn dutchbakes
Lunch - tuna sweetcorn , crisps, 2 squares dairy milk
Dinner - beef casserole, broccolli
Snack - funsize twix , twister lolly
Drinks - water, coffee, a juice

breakfast - banana
lunch - ham & coleslaw wrap, pkt crisps
dinner - chinese chow mein, chips, curry sauce mmmm
snacks - twister lolly
drinks - o juice, water, coffee

Had blood tests today results friday !

Breakfast - maple & pecan crunch
Lunch - chicken and coleslaw wrap
Dinner - chicken pasta salad
Snacks - crisps, splendip,
Drinks - coffee, water, 4 glasses wine.

Got my results of my blood tests friday all good liver kidneys all healthy. Blood levels are spot on . Relief

Went out last night and wore a very slinky top and jeans felt so odd still headwork needed lol !

Look at you in slinky tops and jeans... lol!!! The darn head takes ages to catch up.. hun!!!! I was really worried i'd piled loads of weight on and nothing fitted... lol tried my clothes on and loads fit... and others just need a few pounds off!!!! I still see fat in the mirror and its been over a year since i officially finished!!!!!!

Thanks i am so relieved the tests came back ok.
Well done a year of maintaining you are doing a grand job.

Another 2lbs off this weekend which is nice my hubby isnt so chuffed he would be happier if i was a couple of stone heavier . I have to make the most of my weightloss window i have plenty of time to gain some back and it is definite i will have some regain.

It has gone so quickly and i feel fab . Never feel conscious of my clothes or am i breathing in enough . I have never felt this way before in my life and it is very novel !

Still have a cold but not letting it get me down.
