Hi guys. Put a pound on but since I have been guzzling cough medicine and eating strepsils by the half-hundredweight, I don't feel too worried about it.

Still feeling poorly but flu-strength painkillers are now keeping it under control which they weren't a day or two ago and my OH is back today from hosp so will be filling up my cuddle quota this evening

And not to worry too much at the moment, get yourself well, I actually gained weight during my period of flu due to the medicines as they were full of bloody sugar. But you dont care do you when you feel like poop.
