I think it will depend how relaxed you get. I mean so far you've handled social occasions and minibreaks amazingly, incredibly well and I wouldn't be at all surprised if you managed that and came back with a loss! But it's a holiday, and if you decide it's easier or just more within your mood to enjoy some ice creams or whatever carby treats there are - ok you might get a small gain. But that will just be your glycogen supplies filling up and it will woosh off with a week of strict induction. With how well the diet suits you I have no doubt about that. You've done so incredibly well, just worry about enjoying yourself.
