Afternoon all:)

Ah the joys of wfh! I'm actually on the train to the office now....but only to have cup of tea with a friend! Then off to network evening about women and innovation - have my snacks packed:)

Wi this morning was sts as expected - not surprising given alcohol consumed and sheer numbers of meals out - no doubt sneaky carbs in there - and of course the chocolate blowout :D onwards and downwards- 2 weeks before swimsuits:eek:
 
Oh yes forgot to catch up on yesterday

L crustless quiche, anchovies, chorizo, salad, peppers, chicken
D chicken kebab, lamb kebab, meat ball, salad
S half mim
W tons
E 2 hours moroccan dancing workshop
A wine spritzer, rum and soda

Not bad in the scheme of things and not even tempted by the starters and couscous at the moroccan:)
 
Ffft I nearly forgot I'd been fancying a kebab. Maybe next week. A sts is a good result after chocolate pud, and I'm sure it will be setting you up for a woosh next week.
 
Glad you didn't pay for your lovely chocolate puds with a gain Katie, and here's hoping for a big loss next week for you. :)

Still targetting my march loss of a few more pounds this week - going to do friday weigh in for end march plus then the day before we go on hols. What do you rekon is realistic - i'm hoping for an sts over the 12 day hols - is it doable while still being fairly relaxed?

Anyhow, had an interesting evening out - pleased with myself since i didn't have anything to drink (and they were waving lots of pink bubbly around) or nibbles (easier to resist since id eaten!). Since i'm out at a leaving do tomorrow - saving my wine drinking for that (luckily its Gaucho so eating large portions of steak will be required and expected!)

Food today:
B bacon and eggs
L roast chicken breast and salad
T tortilla wrap with salami and cheese
S half mim, pork crackling, half jelly and cream

W lots
E no
A nope - altho sorely tempted!
 
I think it will depend how relaxed you get. I mean so far you've handled social occasions and minibreaks amazingly, incredibly well and I wouldn't be at all surprised if you managed that and came back with a loss! But it's a holiday, and if you decide it's easier or just more within your mood to enjoy some ice creams or whatever carby treats there are - ok you might get a small gain. But that will just be your glycogen supplies filling up and it will woosh off with a week of strict induction. With how well the diet suits you I have no doubt about that. You've done so incredibly well, just worry about enjoying yourself.
