Morning Katie

Hello all you lovely if somewhat crazy menu stalkers!
Sorry been awol but work getting in the way of board life! At least i'm now working from home through to next tuesday and then only 2 more days in the office:eek:

Reporting in on tuesday night - it turned into a lovely evening and the sun came out as we took the river boat from the london eye to o2 arena. We were in a private room at gauchos - wall and chairs all covered in furry black and white cow hides! It was a set menu with chorizo sausage as only 1 of 3 starters that was legal - might have had a few sneaky carbs but had room for them. Then main course was basically fillet AND sirloin AND ribeye plus veggies if you had room! Then i did turn down all the deserts even tho they kept insisting on offering me the spare one! Luckily pretty stuffed on steak:)
No idea what it cost - glad boss was paying for my friends do;) there was of course some nice red wine- well you have to with steak you know:D

Off to catch up on all the threads and better sort my diary out later too
Xxx

Planning to weigh in tomorrow to finish off march and set a baseline for april. I'll have one week to lose and then 3 weeks to try not to gain:)
Xxx

Morning Katie, yes, sounds very sensible to me as well

Morning all,
Weigh in went well - lost another 1kg:D I could claim that it's four days hard work but I think that actually it's a 1.5 week loss & I was just bloated for mondays weigh in for some reason. I have been pretty low carb over the last few days though which helps.

Anyhoo - just one more week to see how low I can go before the hols - todays weight is my target for end april. Had a good conversation with DH and hopefully a maintain in april is a good incentive not to go completely to pot over the holidays while allowing me not to be annoyingly paranoid:)

Oh well done love, that's good

Weight. Loss. Machine. :) another really good loss, well done. And I have every confidence you'll sail through your holiday.
