Katiebaby- back to Slim and save for the last leg of my journey

Week 4 weigh in and I lost 2lb ... That's 23.6lb in a month!! Which is fab but can someone slap me and tell me 2lb is good.. As I am very upset with it :((

Just remember your losses won't always be super high but they will balance out, although I think I would prefer to loss 4lbs 2 weeks in a row rather than 8 in one and nothing in the other, weird isn't it?
 
I wouldnt want 13 or 6lb losses every week i would be happy with 3lb.... I just need to stop expecting the world immediately and be patient. I always want things to happen now i got heavy over time so it will take time to get it off... and 2lb off is better than on :D
 
Well done katie that is a gd loss, my cdc made me hold a lb of fat last week and its heavier than I thought so u lost 2 of them!! U have done fab in a month well done xxx
 
Exactly! You've already lost nearly 70lbs which is amazing!

Here one to put it in perspective for you; you were the weight of an average american football line man when you started and you have lost the weight of an irish setter!
2lbs is the weight of some baby back ribs ;)

I have a whole list of these, really puts weight loss into perspective :)

Hey! Katie! That's a great loss!! It is a loss and these will all add up! Well done honey. I know it can be disappointing not to get a slightly higher loss on such a hardcore diet but remember you achieve success every day to stick to plan which means the weight and inches will come off!

Oh my I had my 4 packs today and only 3 yesterday and I was just sitting watching tv and the hunger not blocked by water or coffee was bad.... So I had an extra pack before I ate something stupid. Will this cause me a problem?

Preferable to having a blow out on something else, right?

I think that it takes a while for your body to catch up with itself, losing stacks of weight affects a lot of metabolic functions, so dont be too down. Next week will be a big one for sure!
 
Thanks nat... Well it was either another pack or cadburys mini rolls lol so I think I did fairly well. May start leaving my last pack till a bit later to compensate.

I was having a complete meltdown earlier about my small loss but now after several takings to by myself and others I have come to the conclusion 2lb is fine by me. If I lose that consistently i will be happy.
 
Do any of you ever feel like your having
A meltdown? I am lying in bed panicking about the extra pack I had last night my nasty whispered telling me that I can't do this... Ahhhh please stop I thought I had shut them up.

Also does not drinking enough water affect weight loss?

I always had a meltdown and stressed everyone some one asked me out for a social event. Dont worrh about that extra pack at all it won't affect you at all you will still be in ketosis.

Water is the big key to this diet. I always found lack of water made my losses less.

Your doing great, dont give up.

water definitely affects your loss, the week i lost 2lbs i hadnt drunk enough but the next week the losses shot right back up with my water intake.

YOU CAN DO THIS

Look how far you have come already, you only fail when you give up!
 
Well I drank over 3litres yesterday and I hope to keep it like this and see what happens.. That's the only thing that's changed the last 2 weeks the water consumption
 
Sorry I have been missing in action I am still here and on day 30 100% :) I have just not had time to breath let alone be on here actively :(( I miss it alot but I am here lurking on my phone. Hope everyone is doing well?

I have had so much energy today I have finished my mass of ironing done a
Couple of loads of washing and cleaned the house.. Making the most of the energy while it lasts.

Decided poor weight loss the last 2 weeks could be to do with not drinking enough water so I am making a point of drinking at least 3 litres this week and see the differences
 
Hoya Hun! Wool yesterday must have been housework day. Shame I got up this morning and it looks like a bomb site again!

I think you are so right about the water, it's the key to this diet.

How much have you lost so far?
 
As of friday I have lost 23.6lb :) in 4 weeks... Drinking lots of water this week so I'm hoping for a good loss x x how are
