Haha great way to think of it!
Had to google kettle bell never heard of em before, looks pretty good!

Ooh I got one of those, hard work lol YouTube have some great excercises on there to do with them!!!

Just finished my first kettle bell work out... Wow amazing there is some great ones on fb

Really intrigued by it! Saw some vids on youtube but dont think it would be good for my knees :(
what workouts did u do?

I posted the video I did on my Facebook :) I hurt today the tops of my legs and hips ouchie but that's where I need to tone I just shouldn't do the same work out two days in a row.

Maybe it wouldn't be good for your knees my friend has cracky knees and she said her knees cracked badly but they didn't hurt.

I may alternate these workouts with something else

2.4lb this week... not overly impressed but its a steady loss.. The GP told me this week that with PCOS any loss is a celebration as its so hard to lose with this condition. So I am winning the battle at the moment :D

BUT ITS TAKEN ME TO 3st 1lb LOSS!!!!!!!! :D:D:D

Hi Katie - congratulations on the amazing weight loss so far!! :D I also have PCOS, it got diagnosed with me at the very very young age of just 10. For me, the only diet that has ever worked is Cambridge. I lost 4 stone in 2008 on CD in 3 months. Now, i'm back at my heaviest and ready to tackle my issues again x

Hi sinead :) wow at 10, i was diagnosed at 17 i think i am now 30 and only now are they realising its a metabolic syndrome and able to give better advice. I need to get this off in order to stand a better chance at conceiving.

3 months wow that was an achievement. How much do you want to lose this time? I have every faith that you can do it, i find keeping weight off harder than losing it to be honet.. or just as hard should I say. x

I have 10 stone to lose. I'd like to lose 8 by the end of this year, and then be at my goal weight by February 2013. What about you? What and when is your goal? I'd also love children in the future, so i know losing weight is such a big part in making that happen.. x

My goal for the hospital is 30 BMI which is about 2 stone away :) but I would like to get to 12 stone which is 3 stone away. Im hoping by the middle of this year but we will see.

Oh wow, no time at all. 2/3 stone won't take you long at all :) x
