Katiebaby- back to Slim and save for the last leg of my journey

Thanks ladies I feel fab... I'm in new size 18 trousers and size 14 jumper ( it's a baggy jumper but it's the number that counts) and feel slinky :) lol I just hope the scale goes down a bit more by Sunday so im well in the 14s .... Also I'm only 10lb from onederland as they call it... 199lbs :)

Wow katie. The 14s..... that's amazing and I hope to ne hot on your heels in a coupla weeks! Onderland lol sounds brill you'll be there before you know it!

I need help!

Ok so the diet chef idea for my week break has
Gone out the window :/ I am having to go to turkey that week... And the
Dilemma is what to do ? Do I do a bar for brekie a milkshake for lunch and a
Carefully chosen evening meal for the 6 days or just be über careful the whole week to give my body a break?
 
It's a hard decision.... do you think you could get back on easily with a week off?
Could you try an atkinsy sort of approach, stay off the carbs as much as poss?
 
On slim and save you should have 2 weeks off after every 12weeks at 1200 calories a day low carb... With turkey rice bread and bulgar is a staple but I am staying in a hotel so atkinsy shouldnt be a prob... Just worrying
 
It's weird how how different the diets are, on lighter life you don't have a break at all I've been told, and you can't do 810 unless you have a BMI below 40 I THINK, can't remember the exact bmi...

Best thing to do is just not worry about it, get straight back on when you are back. You will probably be glad to get back on after a week of eating anyway!
You've come so far now, I'm sure you will be FINE :)

Just be careful and not eat carbs unless I can help it.
 
Had a sneaky weigh in before tomorrow and I am 14stone 11lbs woooooo!! I can't believe it 3lb lost and I am in the 14s And I am 6lb away from losing 100lbs :))))

Thanks sis :) alhamdulilah I feel amazing and it gets better everyday.... Just need to make it to goal inshaallah

U will get to goal if u carry on the way u are! Don't worry about turkey, I am sure u will get straight back on once u get back, try your best to be gd and low carb whilst out there, if that's possible lol
All ok here, had a blip last week where I stuffed my face with anything in sight, got straight back on and still lost 1 1/2 lb! Lost 5 stone in total so far, and in the 16s so need to keep going!!!! U still on slim and save or cd?

I only did Cambridge for just over a week I have lost majority on slim and save ... I know as long as I stick to low carb I will be ok. Not saying I won't have a treat as I will because I think I deserve one but I will be sensible and make sure I enjoy it.

I do feel great, half way till my first goal now, so another 5 stone to go Eek sounds a lot when I say it like that, but will be able to start sole source soon so should come off quicker if I stick 100%!
Deffo lots of fish and meat and u will be fine, a little treat will be gd too and like I said inshaallah u will get straight back on once u are back!!
 
Inshaallah I need to remember I'm not the same person mentally as I was before and plus I don't think my stomach could fit a great lot in :)
