What the hell is wrong with me???? I am wanting to stick to my packs only with allowed veg but I keep scuppering myself and adding extras grrrr someone shoot me!!!!!

I do need to focus and I need to stop buying wafers again, they have turned back into a trigger food :/ ate 2 packs of those today ergh!! No more left so that's over...back to focus... 800 is achievable to me.... Maybe u should try 5 packs again to ease myself into it
Hi Katie,
I am getting on but it is very hard, every time I want to stop I try to remember that I can't go back where I was before and that even with Weight Watchers I am going to be hungry (probably more and for a longer period )
Good that you are back on track it is not long now for you any more, the end is near
On week 3 now lost 10 pounds so far so all gd never hungry which is a bonus as normally always hungry !!! Hope I lose more this week xx

Starting Cambridge today, I've had my first shake this morning. Didn't like it at all, it was vanilla any ideas for nicer ones?? Got a few flavours too go though but not looking forward to lunch but going to stick with it for as long as poss to get the big weight losses
