Katie I think you may need to add a few more calories not every day but over the period of the week to get the scale to go down a bit. I found that I've been "maintaining" between 8st 7lbs and 8st 8lb but essentially stuck there. I upped my calories as suggested and I'm still "maintaining" as suggested by the lovely ladies on Minis and I agree that the metabolism needs a kick up the backside. So it may be worth considering trying that. Though I think if you stick to S&S strictly you will eventually lose those few extra pounds. It must be so frustrating for you but remember it is closer than ever before and you will be there soon but I understand sooner would be better. x
