Oh were you on the depo? I used to be on that and it made me so unwell! I stopped after my 2nd injection and my periods have been messed up ever since! Either last weeks or days its horrible and i never know when its coming only a rough idea! :(

We must be twins! They are my favs also! Then i went through a stage of mini cheddars! I am a nightmare lol xx
 
haha i love mini cheddars! Yes the dreaded depo!!

i had it for 2 yrs! and was meant to go for another in september n dint coz we wanna have another baby after the weddin but at the moment no signs of periods :(

Hope you girlies are having a good weekend so far :) Today has been another disaster for me, I only seem to be able to stay on plan a couple of days here and there. :( It was so much easier in the summer! xx

oh no!! i always find the weekends harder than the week though! i had a take away last night though a cheesy garlic bread at that :sign0007: but i pointed it and dint eat the WHOLE thing lol! i had a bad day yesterday babe coz were decorating the kitchen and jus found my self munchin on all sorts!
i find the summer harder than the winter! in the summer me n the OH are always drinkin in th garden (when we have the nce days!) and having BBQ's and things...where as in the winter i find we stay in more, cook more!
why do u tihnk u had such a bad day?

Yer but you go to the gym! I do nothing but sit on my butt all day! Def making the most of the gym the next month before my membership finishes. I need to earn back the millions of points consumed this weekend :( xx

Food diary:


Breakfast: porridge 3pp

Lunch: greggs chicken salad 14pp (WOW)
Walkers crisps 3pp

Left for dinner: 6pp thinking of a chicken salad

I am on training today so options have been minimal for lunch and what to get. I may go spinning tonight dependant on what time i finish training today
 
Just looked on the scales and i am 11.3lbs what the F*ck!!!!!!! How have i gained 5 and a half pounds since friday when i got weighed! Ergh!!!!!! So annoyed!

our bodies change up to 5lb a day depending on fluid temp and loads of other factors. it's a false reading hun!
 
Right mrs..dnt weigh ur self again lol!!
(Everybody knows this BUT) I weighed myself on my gawjus glass scales and it said I have put loads on and then in temper smashed my scales :(
And I lost that week!! Really babe dnt pay too much attention to them scales dnt b disheartened xxx

I think thats what i need to do with my scales (smash them) they do my head in!!! I know i havent been an angel over the weekend but cant get my head around that gain.. Anyway il wait until WI day which i am still deciding where to attend! Xx

19/26 (saving pp as i have over indulged) i will use them if absolutely necessary.

I am planning to do packed lunches all week mainly salad or ww ready meal. This will stop me from feeling tempting when buying lunch in town. Also.. Having looked at my work emails i am sure i will hardly have time to eat let alone think about eating/binging.

WI day: I have decided to change to wednesdays at 6pm instead of thurs.. I enjoyed weighing on a thurs but didn't particularly like the leader... So the only other time i can do is a weds!
