Well ive not eaten all my dailies! 5 remaining today!

Tomorrows food plan:
Breakfast: the usual.. Oat so simple porridge 3pp
Skimmed milk 1pp

Lunch:
Jerk chicken 4pp
Veg (broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and mushrooms)
Wholewheat pasta 50g: 2pp
Cottage cheese: 1pp


Total: 11pp

Snacks: fruit

Dinner: unsure! I would have 15pp left!

Weigh in day tomorrow! New weeklies! I have come to the conclusion what will be will be tomorrow.. If ive gained ive gained! I am back in the zone now and ready to lose weight no matter how long it will take me and how many times i mess up. Ive got to keep going! A year ago i was so unhappy with how i looked and bursting out a size 16 i never want to feel like that again!

Heres the dress i am wearing in two weeks its a bit tight around the gut at the minute as you can see. I want to look nice on the 23rd x

The dress is lovely!

I tried two of my bodycon dresses on today and I'm do not sure whether I can get away with wearing them. They look ok from the front but I think my bum looks huge! I've tried taking a pic but its a little tricky in the mirror! x

Try them on again take pics and upload on here! Im sure you look great! I always send a pic to my friends, mum and bf as i know il get an honest answer! My hips look huge i really need to exercise more but i am so lazy! X

Ok, I will tomorrow... I honestly think I look ok from the front, I'm not perfect but of I have my special underwear on and hold myself in my stomach is pretty flat.

My hips look big bit I'm an hourglass shape so I think I should just embrace that fact! As for my @rse, well there's just no excuse for that!!!! x
 
I have just found an app that had a self timing camera so tomorrow if I can strategically balance my phone on a pile of books I will be able to take some pics :D x

I wish i had an @rse! Mines flat lool if my gut was my butt and my butt my belly id be proportionate haha!

I am back up to 11stone now! I felt so ashamed when i weighed in. What can I do though.. Just gotta carry on and keep trying!

Ive stuck to plan today and eaten all that was mentioned within my food plan yest.

I had a latte earlier which was 4pp

Dinner i am having gammon steak and potatoes takes me to 26/26.

49/49 weeklies gonna try stay well under weeklies points this week if i can.

I bet I am heading for at least a 6lb gain, I have just eaten and eaten and eaten. I don't know why I've done it.

Everybody says to go and face the scales but I will be so ashamed in front on the WI woman so I know exactly how you feel x

You never know! Yesterday on my scales i was 11.2 and tonight at wi 11.0 so less than yesterday and a bit of a relief.

What have you eaten today? It is so hard to focus again after a weekend of eating 'normally' and drinking isnt it?

Why is this so hard? I see people smashing this week in and week out with amazing losses and for me this has never happened. Ok i havent been good recently and on n off but even when i was it was still a loss then sts or gain.

Personally.. I am not gonna dictate what you should or shouldnt do. You need to weigh up what is more damaging for you personally.. Is it weighing in? Or is it waiting a week for the next weigh in?

For me usually after a wi i wanna binge.. Tonight i still want to but ive stopped myself.

Equally if id have waited a week id have thought 'ah well one more week til weigh in il have a treat tonight..'

Think about which one is more damaging for you and act on it! Xx
 
You name it, I've eaten it and more besides... I couldn't even begin to tell you what I've eaten, I've just mindlessly eaten and eaten. I haven't even enjoyed it... I wish I didn't binge eat.

I guess if i go tomorrow there will only be and the weigh in lady that will know that I've gained. If I go to tomorrow I can draw a line under it the guess x

I think you're right.. Go tomorrow and start again after weigh in. You'll know where you're at and then that should give you the motivation to start again with a fresh week!

As you say only you two will know your weight and it is nothing to be embarrassed off, i bet she see's sts or gains, and weighs people heavier than you! Going to the weigh in also means you are being accountable for what has happened the past few days and taking ownership of your weight loss once again!

I bet it wont be as bad as you think.. :)

What do you lightly dust your cod in? I love fish so I'm always looking for new ideas x
