I'm on the new you plan. It's shakes/soups/bars/meals. It's hard but once wedding over I will go back to low gi dieting. I lose really slow on a normal diet probaby cos my metabolism is screwed but I will worry about that after the honeymoon:) good luck with whatever you decide to do
 
I totally agree, i am so **** with breakfast and i notice when i dont eat breakfast or just have fruit or coffee that is what sets me off on binge mode! The only good thing about these past few months is my bulimia is totally in control now! So i no longer make myself sick etc i just deal with the consequences like any other person should. So its small steps i suppose..

I really do need to plan, i need to make my pack lunches up again and basically sort myself out. I want to see through the week on low carb, if that makes me less bloated etc il continue.

Thank you for you advice i am gonna try get eating habits sorted first this week then exercise the next. Even though both ankles are now damaged! I can still do weights surely and toning? Maybe some walking too..

hey can I just offer some advise on the exercise? using the weights will be great to tone etc but to really see a difference you have to have less than 10% body fat. the only way to burn fat is cardio and you can still use weights. you need let your ankles heal. I was only saying about the cardio part coz don't want you to get down and wonder why its not coming off. hope it's not sounding nasty?!? x

No i understand, its just i felt that perhaps doing something like weights is better than not doing anything. As you can tell i am no expert lol.

Been so busy...

Food intake was good yesterday and within points

Today:
Bf: branflakes 3pp
Skimmed milk 1pp

Snack: banana 0pp

Lunch:
Lean turkey breast with maggi marinade small portion 3pp
Cous cous 2pp
Salad 0pp
25g of chilli haloumi 3pp

Snack: low fat greek yog with blueberries 2pp
Ww hot choc 1pp

Dinner:
Undecided but have 11 points to use!

Walking 1hr power walking

Total so far 15/26

Majorly craving toast! Can smell from downstairs! Fighting the urge and gonna go to sleep!

Planning to go on a long walk tomorrow with the bf, ankles are a lot less painful than this time last week.

Food diary so far:


Bfast: branflakes and skimmed milk 4pp

1litre of water with lemon

Lunch 2x fishcakes and salad (pub meal and healthiest thing i could pick, literally) 18pp

Vodka and diet coke 2pp

Power walking 1hr

Dinner: turkey breast wrapped in pancetta with spinach 7pp

Dinner: think we are having gammon roast so gonna have a couple of slices of gammon with loads of veg

Made all my lunches for this week, made jerk turkey with salad and couscous x2 and tuna mayo pasta salad x2

Went shopping yesterday to stock up on fruit, veg and skimmed milk.
