Hi Kay been hosp had x rays so he could see the degeneration of the bone and the bone cysts , he said a different view to the MRI ,
I need surgery so gone in waiting list

Evening everyone :), I'm back from my friends house, was helping her out with her flat move. I packed my salad in the morning and took it with me. No pictures today I'm afraid, I was too busy helping her out, but will type todays eats up now......

Egg Salad
(egg, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, cucumber, celery, carrots, radish, sweetcorn) - free
x2 tbsp. Asda Ex L Mayo - 2 syns
Olives - 1 syn

Dinner -
Chinese Veg Stir Fry - free

Drinks -
x2 peppermint tea
x2 lemon zest tea
x1 ginger tea
3L of water

TOTAL SYNS = 3 :)

Hey Bubbles :) I didn't get to go for my walk but think we did a lot of work at my friends flat unpacking boxes and moving things, so some body magic done there I think :p. Well done hun for sticking with it, try not to stress about Monday just yet, there are plenty of days left for you do be super good before then and with each passing day and the effort your putting in it will all add up and you will have a super duper loss on Monday I promise :). Early night sounds good, relax and get some sleep. Your doing fab hun, you really are .

I was thinking earlier about how come I've got all super motivated lately and I honestly think its down to you and Von inspiring me with your challenges and fab losses. You're an inspiration hun

Hi Von and Kay - just got back in from night out - it's my WI treat day - so counted 1500ish cals - back on Sexpress 2moro! Here's how today went:

B: frylight egg, mushrooms and tomatoes

Lunch out - child's portion of veg lasagne with salad (asked for large portion!) bit boring but big! lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomato, cress & balsamic vinegar

Tea out: seabass, broccoli, baby s/corn, baby carrots, new potatoes - sticky toffee pudding & ice cream

Drinks: 2.4L water, 1 tea, 2 coffees - milk part HEA, 1 diet coke, 1 fruit tea

Walk 40 mins

Morning Lmn :), how are you hun ? I just got up a little while ago, catching up on peoples diaries and drinking my hot lemon tea :coffee: . I'm moaning on here to everyone about the cold weather lol . I did pop over to your diary, well done hun on the 2lb loss, the detox is really working for you. I know you want to lose more before your hols. I think you've made the right decision to continue with it today, your body is responding well to it. I'm so happy you didn't end up going back to a normal food day because once you go off its so hard to get back in the zone again. That's why when the soup challenge was finishing I was thinking shall I take a weeks break and then start the salad challenge, but I decided to continue on like you because I knew now that I'm in the zone it will be hard to get back if I'm off. Anyway enough of my ramblings lol your doing fab Lmn and I'm really proud of you. I am 100% sure with all your mins friends cheering you on each day, you will hit that number before your hols. You can do this mrs ! :D

Morning Bubbles :p, how are you lovely ? Yep it's day 3 of the challenge and I'm loving the salads ! :D Just wish the weather was warmer for us. Your doing fab with the challenge bubbles, I popped over to your diary yesterday. I loved the sound of your scrummy Chicken and Bacon salad, bet that was nice :).

I am bit worried that some people will not follow the guidelines after say day 4 when they might get a bit bored of it, but the results will only come if its followed 100% for 7 whole days. You have been ticking all the boxes each day and I am so proud of you for keeping with it :).

I will summarise again for others bubbles if you don't mind :-

- min 2L of water, 3L is even better if you can
- x1 salad as a main meal (try and pack your plate with the leafy green variety more)
- low salt all week ( this is very important as salt retains water in the body)
- body magic - min 2/3 times in the week for 30 mins
- red days if possible and low carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes keep to a minimum )
- no more than 10 syns a day (even on days out)

Hope I haven't left anything out. But If you follow the above 100% and don't compromise on any of the points for 7 whole days, I'm 100% the scales will move :).

Morning Bev :), thanks for your earlier comments about me and Von, that's so sweet although I would say you inspire me hugely :D. I did pop over to your diary yesterday, I think your onto a winner this week hun ! Loving the low syn red days. I feel Saturday will be the big decider . If its a good number then I think you should repeat it next week. I hope you have another smashing day on plan hun, glad you got the coursework out of the way ! :)
