Morning Bubbles
, how are you lovely ? Yep it's day 3 of the challenge and I'm loving the salads !
Just wish the weather was warmer for us. Your doing fab with the challenge bubbles, I popped over to your diary yesterday. I loved the sound of your scrummy Chicken and Bacon salad, bet that was nice
.
I am bit worried that some people will not follow the guidelines after say day 4 when they might get a bit bored of it, but the results will only come if its followed 100% for 7 whole days. You have been ticking all the boxes each day and I am so proud of you for keeping with it
.
I will summarise again for others bubbles if you don't mind :-
- min 2L of water, 3L is even better if you can
- x1 salad as a main meal (try and pack your plate with the leafy green variety more)
- low salt all week ( this is very important as salt retains water in the body)
- body magic - min 2/3 times in the week for 30 mins
- red days if possible and low carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes keep to a minimum )
- no more than 10 syns a day (even on days out)
Hope I haven't left anything out. But If you follow the above 100% and don't compromise on any of the points for 7 whole days, I'm 100% the scales will move
