Can you send me the link to your salad challenge thread please? I really want to join in next time with both challenges. As I WI fortnightly now I'll do BOTH and then weigh myself in, should be a whopper of a loss if your results are anything to go by! I definitely think its best to give yourself a 2 week break before starting with the challenges again, bet you're fancying a bit of a change now. Hopefully you'll be raring to go again though in 2 weeks time.
So glad the doc is letting you get back into body magic. Just remember to take it steady. I've just got back from my second ever gym session and I'm loving it now! Please don't get disheartened if the exercise slows your losses down at first though, I'm expecting it to happen with me due to the water retention. Just think of all the good it'll be doing your body!
