Wow that'll be a fab hol - I love America & Disneyland - something to spurn u on too - don't worry about gaining - as others have said it'll drop off when u get back - u cd start a Post Texas challenge! LOL!
 
Afternoon everyone :D, just got back from the gym, had a fab workout, cranked it up a notch today :p, feeling good ! I am in love with the rowing machine ! I've also started using the tricep extention for my bingo wings, I'm really feeling it in my arms lol. To make things worse, I'm one of those people that goes bright red like a tomato after a good workout, not a good look to have, when you've got fit PT trainers walking around the gym :D lol !

I'm sure I will wake up with some aches and pains tomorrow, but its all good. For those of you that are gym bunnies like me, here is something for you to cheer you up ! :p

Your trip to America sounds amazing!! And your food from yesterday looked super yum! :)

Especially your cheesecake. I made a healthy one for the first time yesterday ( I make the naughty ones all the time haha), a lemon quark cheesecake with lemon curd swirls and I was surprised by how yummy it was. I didn't even get to eat it all because my boyfriend stole it! lol xxx

I'm loving the lemon swirl cheesecake KMD, I commented about it on your diary too :D, you didn't save me a piece ? lol and no pics ? hehe. Next time u make it, I would love to see a pic, I might give it a try too :p thanks for the recipe on your thread.

Thanks Rae Rae :p, just popped back on your diary to read your reply. Glad your taking rest hun. When I go gym I see some girls really powering away and their probably burning 5 times as much as me, but I don't let it bother me because I know I have to take it easy because of my back and espesh since my Op last year. But I am happy when I'm there and in the zone, doing my own thing lol, I feel like I'm doing something good for my body, it's a good feeling :D. Do you do any classes ? I always shy away from them, I've always worked out on my own or I've had one to one PT sessions which I hope to do in the future when I can afford it again :p. But yeah my friend does zumba and she really wants me to come, but I don't know if I'll enjoy classes, do you do any ?

Helloooo Kay - I'm here - yes I lost 2lbs - with meal out, WI treat day and not realising the no carbs rule until toward the end (my fault entirely)!!

Think I will do the soup challenge this week - just subbing the soup where we had salad! I like to shake things up!! Thanks again for all ur work in setting up the challenge and rounding up the troops!! And well done on ur fab loss to take u into the 11s!!xx

Thanks Sheila, I've gone from challenge bunny to gym bunny :D. God knows if the scales will appreciate the change, since I've gone back to eating my yummy meals. Oh well whatever it is, I'm totally enjoying my food :p ! Please take lots of pics on Saturday, I hope you guys have a fab time in Sheffield, wish I could have been there :rolleyes:, but its too far for me from London. Maybe there will be London meet one day :) .

Aww thanks Linda. I'm so happy for you too hun :). I haven't set up the thread for the soup challenge yet, its slightly different to the salad one. However if you want to enjoy a week of eating soups, that's fine too, but the dates for the next challenges are:-

Soup Challenge - Tuesday 15th April to Monday 21st April
Salad Challenge - Tuesday 22nd April to Monday 28th April
