Morning Everyone :wavey:,
I've just had my hot lemon tea in bed :coffee: and caught up on diaries. I'm going to be off now for a couple of hours, got to go Asda to do my shopping for my Salad Challenge tomorrow and then me and my Sis will be going out for lunch together, its her last day with me today, so won't be worrying about syns with my meal lol. The suns out, I hope it stays that way, we will also be going for a walk in the park later on in the afternoon. I will be back on later, hope you all have a lovely Sunday !

I'm not going to start the salad challenge tomorrow as want a bit more time to think about how it will work with my propoints plus I want to use up some of the stuff that's already in so I might have a go a week on Monday but will probably have a couple of questions for you before then if that's ok as I'm still not sure if it's something that would work for me xx

, I had a quick look at the Nandos section of the mins thread to see whats an `on plan meal ' . On other peoples advice I got skinless butterfly chicken with corn on the cob and spicy rice I think it works out to 6 syns or something, it was lovely .Kay xx

I had a lovely lie in this morning (9.20) got up and had brekki, waited for son to get up then went food shopping - then the usual Sunday taxiing grrr x
