Kay, you're going to make yourself ill stressing like this! Keep all of the fantastic advice and kind words people have given you in your mind and try to relax. I'm sure if you were more calm it would have a more positive effect on your body. If you try to tell yourself that and take deep breaths you'll feel much better. Just remember you've purposely had a week off plan to get yourself back on track this week, so don't go into WI driving yourself crazy with panic. You've already planned a fantastically healthy week on plan so remember that any damage done will be quickly fixed, no problem!
Danielle - well put and in a lovely supportive way!!

Hope ur listening Kay - I was going to send u a post but wouldn't be able to put it as well as Danielle so just asking if u'll read her post over and over to help u to de-stress - perhaps u shd print/copy her words and keep them handy for Tuesdays mornings? Take carex

Hey kay hope you are ok.. The stress will be sending the pf bad vibes and that's she isn't coming.
I know it's easier said than done but please try to relax :)

Also Chris is pretty fit but a bit short for me... its all about Jessie!!!!!!! If he was my trainer... well its not past the watershed so I won't say haha ;)

Gains are always tough aren't they? Glad ur back on plan - try to put it down to experience and look fwd to a loss next wk - easy to say harder to do I know from bitter experience!!

Yes, they definetely are. I felt so disappointed in myself and annoyed. I was really bloated too and my belly felt horrible and puffy, it's finally going down and starting to feel like normal so feeling a bit better now :) Yep. I'm praying for a loss!! xx

Afternoon everyone :), sorry its taken me long to come online, I came back from group and made my soup for the week for my soup challenge . Just sat down now with my cuppa to update ......

Thanks you all for the `stress' comments :D, my Consultant was laughing about that too, at how wound up I get every Tuesday, but she joked that she thinks there is definitely some correlation between me being `miss stressyhead ' (yes I am happy with that title :p) and losing the lbs. Whenever I stress I lose. I told her one of my friends on mins said that too but problem is I can't remember which one ? :) But you know who your are and I want to say, thank you ! :D



I lost 2.5 lbs this week ! :eek: ( but to be fair that is over 2 weeks )

I got my 3.5 stone award - yay ! :D who's a happy bunny then ...... :bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance: !



On a more serious note my C said not to get excited because of the blow out, she said it was because I pulled back on the last 2 days and I walked 7 days last week, she said the body magic has saved my butt basically lol :p . I think I am exercising after a long gap so my body is rewarding me with a loss :D .

I am so happy today ! :bliss: Gilly if your listening, I have finally caught up on last year !! :D


My next mini goals are :-

to lose 1 lb by next week to get my half century - 50 lbs gone !
to lose 7 lbs by April to get my 4 stone award !


I'm going to go and put a new shiny sticker under my signature right now ! hehe :D

Thank you all for your kind words and support, I really appreciate it :). I know I drive you guys crazy on Mondays :p sorry for that .

Thanks Danielle, walking in the park last week is what got me my loss :D, yep I hope to continue with that this week :) . Hope we both achieve our target this year ! :p

Hi kay i just joined sw and need to talk to you i was wondering if you could help me i am Indian and i cook and eat Indian food i tried this diet and was not loosing the weight so i gave up as i got very disheartened . i dont know what i was doing wrong i was wondering if i can talk to you i have a skype id anjuanju146 or is there any way i can talk to you plz let me know i so need your help .

Thanks Michelle, Indeed I will :), no excuse not to, its helping with my weightloss and keeping me fit . My body always responds well to exercise, but just after my Op last year my doc told me to slow down, but they've given me the thumbs up now to gym, so will increase the intensity soon. There is always Chris Powell to motivate me :D.
