Thanks Von :), I did exercise last week, I went for 1 hour walks almost everyday in my local park, do you think that will help limit the damage Von ? :confused: Kay xx
Surely it's got to help , that was my sole source of exercise before I hurt my knee , walking every night,
It's surprising how many cals it uses up

Yea I might do soup this week that's what I was intending on doing but was swaying off a bit, today will finish the pan I made but it was a bit bland, I only had one veg stock , oh god I didn't just remembered there's cubes in cupboard ,
I got another pack of the chopped soup pack thingy so there's no excuse,
What do you put in yours?

Chill out please!!? You have me worried about you. Have a glass of water and jump up and down for as long as you can a minute or2? That might get your bowels moving.
You have 3 hrs til WI go for another walk to chillax you.
You have made great observations in yourself this last week you needed that. Walking is great bodymagic and can limit the damage.
Just take a deep breath and step on those scales tell them not to tell you if you dont feel ready to look yet.
Then walk away and do what you do best, plan your day for another successful SW day.

Hey Von I use the vegetable bouillon powder(low sodium), its really nice. Then veggies of my choice and I cut them into bite size pieces, I like my soup chunky. I also use a lot of seasoning otherwise it tastes a quiet bland and freshly chopped mint or parsley/coriander , depending on which one I fancy. I also keep the salt very low to help with slimming. I season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper powder, dried basil and then a squeeze of lemon juice at the end. :)

Oh I'm so glad your up, I need a friend to chat to right now. I didn't sleep well at all last night, worrying about weigh in :( . My weigh in is in the morning hun at 10am. Will leave the house 9.15. I wanted to ask you a question Kathryn. You know last week, I did walk 1 hour in my local park nearly everyday, the weather was nice, do you think that would be enough exercise to stop the gain going into crazy numbers ? :confused:

Hey mrs, stop panicking! Sorry I went awol... I've been getting dressed and stuff... Body magic will certainly have helped. You had planned a week off so are expecting a gain, you have said yourself... But after weigh in you'll be straight back on plan and you'll realise how much better you'll feel for it... Not only physically but mentally too... You'll be stressing less next week as you're sure to get a loss.... Try and relax a little before weigh in hun... Did I read camomile tea mentioned?

Good luck Kay. I know It's difficult but try not to stress,you can't change what happens but you are back on plan now, earlier than you originally planned so that is ace. Hugsx

Kay, you're going to make yourself ill stressing like this! Keep all of the fantastic advice and kind words people have given you in your mind and try to relax. I'm sure if you were more calm it would have a more positive effect on your body. If you try to tell yourself that and take deep breaths you'll feel much better. Just remember you've purposely had a week off plan to get yourself back on track this week, so don't go into WI driving yourself crazy with panic. You've already planned a fantastically healthy week on plan so remember that any damage done will be quickly fixed, no problem!

How did you get on?

I wish you wouldn't stress so much, Kay. As has already been said, you will make yourself ill.

The thing is (please don't take this the wrong way), but you chose to be off plan this last week and fully knew to be expecting a gain. So really what is the point in worrying or stressing? It's too late to do anything about it now.

Just draw a line under it and start afresh from today xx
