week 8
day 7

morning all
hubby is off work all this week so today i`m getting weighed at 11.30 then off out to town for some shopping

still warm and sunny here so getting out before the rain starts

have had a good week so far so hoping the weigh in finishes of week 8 nicely

at the pub yesterday 3 people commented on how i was looking good and they can now see my waist

it`s once you start getting the compliments that you know you can do this diet and it keeps you motivated

need to go make the boys lunches for school, i`ll be back later with my results

week 9
day 4

hi all
seems ages since i posted here been so buisy

today i had a try on clothes hour
i can now fit comfortably into 7 tops and 4 trousers/skirts, felt quite chuffed with myself

yesterday my niece came up for the day she saw big changes in me so had a really good weekend full of complimets and fitting clothes.

been good on ss although had many temptations, each time i drank the water or had my shake

friday had a few tearful moments, hormones and all that stuff you get when wanting your goal now and not many more lbs down the line

it`ll be my auntie flow week monday so think hormones are doing there worst to make me feel crap, trying on the clothes soon gave me a kick up the backside and spent all day so far with a big grin on my face

alan was chuffed with his fathers day pressies of the kids, the card meant the most to him
he`s the boys step dad, gemma is his but the boys are from my 1st marriage

they all wrote to dad on the card this meant a lot to him :bliss:

he can be a grumpy sod some days but they do love him very much

been a bit naughty drinking the water this week, just scraping the bear minimum so today been drinking like a fish..

am fixed on britains got talent, it`s the final tonight cant wait i have so many favourites..

need to go make my 2nd shake of the day then start their dinner

Sounds like a great family you have there.

Trying on clothes on a journey like ours is v emotional.

Not sure I've actually been brought to tears but I've been fairly close. It's the recognition of changes made & the apalling realization of how fat I really had been both at the same time that did it for me.

But the inner smile you carry with you when a long un-worn garment can be brouhgt out of retirement can last all week I've found.

keep it up!

PS was in shropshire y'day. love it.

well today was going well but have just had a phone call
my friend ruby died last night
she had cancer and was fighting it for so long but it finally got the better off her
i`m in bits here
she was my daughters god mother
ruby where ever you are i hope you read this
we will miss you very much

RIP my friend


sorry this has really knocked me i`m so so sad

day 6

god i feel rough today
very bad head, sicky feeling and generally yuk:sick:
to top it all i have the auntie flows from hell this week, stomach doesn`t know what to do with its self
so so tired aswell
god listen to me going on
there are some nasty tummy bugs about and i think i`m getting one
feel like i`ve been on the booze all night.

have taken some paracetamol and hoping to chill out on the sofa as much as possible
hope gemma isn`t to demanding today maybe she`ll settle for a few dvd`s and lots of cuddles instead of the manic empty every toy box and play her keyboard

was going to town again today but really dont think i`d make it that far, feeling dizzy aswell

just a blurgggghhhh day today hope it is just a 24hr blurggghhh

think today is going to be a drink as much water as i can day

get tonight
still feeling burrgghhhhh
nasty bug is going through the family here
we all seem to be feeling off colour

had some brilliant storms in the night

to be honest the weather affects me in the strangest ways
when it is storm season i always get bad heads and dodgey tums

will be back with my results tonight
